Leaving

Hello my name is Maddy Shannon at least that is what I thought.In a matter of 2 minutes my whole world was broken.It all started in the morning,my parents were acting a little weird but I didn't question it.I went outside and went to talk to Mark.
"Hey Mark"
"Hi Maddy"
"What is wrong"
" Maddy I love you but we need to break up"
"Why,is it something I did"
"You did nothing wrong Maddy,it is complicated.I am sorry"
"I got to go Mark"
When mark told me he wanted to break up my heart broke.I ran home as fast as I could.When I arrived I went straight to my room.After 5 minutes of crying,I heard a knock on my door.It was my dad.
"Hey Maddy"
"Hey dad"
"I know you and mark broke up"
"How do you know"
"I told him to break up with you"
"Why"
"Let's go outside and I will explain"
"Ok"
When we walked outside people kept starting at me,I guess the word spreads around fast.After 3 minutes we stopped walking.We stopped in front of the gates.Mom,zoey,and josh were talking to this breaded guy.When he saw me he smiled and walked towards me.I looked to my mom and she had a sad look on her face.When the man got to us ,mom,Zoe,and josh came to.I finally asked my dad what was going on.
"Dad what is going on"
"Maddy I don't know how to say this but this is your real dad"
"No you are my dad"
"Sweetie this man right here is the sultan of agrabah,so that means you are a princess"
"You are joking right"
"I wish I was but,we took you in our family when you were five because your mother was killed by another kingdom,they wanted you to be safe so they contacted us"
"I don't know what to say"
"That is why you and mark can't be together because you have to go back to agrabah"
"No I don't want to go I want to stay here with my family"
"Sweetie you have to go back they need their princess"
"But I want to stay here you guys are my family"
"And you are ours too but you need to go"
"When do I leave"

"Is my real name Maddy"
"No it is Jasmine"
"I am going to miss you guys"
"We are too so go make us the happiest parents and be the best princess"

When I said my goodbyes to everyone my mom gave me a necklace.She told me whenever I am in danger this will save me.I don't know how a necklace can help but this is the last thing I will have of them.We went though the portal and I felt tears coming down my cheeks.My whole life was a lie.One big one just to protect from a someone that hurt my biological mom.When we arrived I saw a big palace in front of me.They guards let us in and we started to walk in.I got to admit it was beautiful but I felt out of place.I left my life behind in terra nova and I miss it already.After a short walk we made it inside.I meet Jafar and Iago.The man then asked me something.
"Would you like a pet"
"Really I Can have one"
"Yes,you never had one before"
"No because when we were in 2149 there was a law about it"
"Oh I didn't know"
"It is fine"
"Can I call you jasmine or do you prefer Maddy"
"Jasmine is fine,Can I call you bubba"
"I would be honored now back to the pets"
"Can I get a baby tiger"
"Sure"
"Thank you bubba"
Bubba went to get my new tiger but before he went he introduced me to dalia my handmaid,but I am going to treat her like my friend.I asked if we can be  friends and she said yes.I am glad I already made one friend,I hope bubba will let me explore outside of the palace.Bubba came back with my baby tiger.I am going to name him raja.Night fell quickly as I went to bed,I started think about my family back home I hope they will be okay.

My daughter she was gone.But I have to stay strong for my wife and kids.Letting her go was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life.I hope we can see her again one day.She will live a better life over there than her.Mark is devastated,zoey doesn't stop crying,Josh hasn't come out of his room,and Elisabeth has been looking through pictures of Maddy.Out babygirl is gone.Even the commander is sad.Everyone in the colony is sad.But I know she will be happier with her biological dad.
