Smut/lemon - Porn

Lime - Milder form of the lemon so softcore

Fluff - The sweet shit that makes your insides melt

Angst - The opposite of fluff get ready for pain and the feels

Whump - Like angst refers to emotional or physical abuse of character

Hurt/comfort - Mix on angst and fluff bad feels that get resolved/healed

AU - Alternate Universe changes place/ circumstances of characters

OOC - Out Of Character they act differently then they would usually or in canon

OC - Original Character they made this character

Cross over - Characters or universes/ plots collide

OTP - One True Pairing

Slash - Male x Male

Yaoi - Male x Male

Fem slash - Female x Female

Yuri - Female x Female

Crackfic - Not meant to be taken seriously is crazy and meant for shits and giggles

One-shot - Only one chapter long

Two shot - Only to chapters long

Drabbles - Short and usually poetic or just a plot bunny they chose not to pursue for too long

A/N - Authors Note a message from the author

BAMF - Bad Ass Mother Fucker character is powerful or cool or well you get the idea

Canon - Actually happens in the original show, movie, book, etc

Dead dove don't eat - Don't read unless you are ready for some really fucked up shit

Gender bender - Characters genders are reversed usually all character unless specified

PWP - Porn Without Plot

Plot bunny - An idea that pops up that you just have to write

POV - Point of view of the story there are three one I, two you, three he she it

Rule 34 - If it exists there is porn of it

Songfic - Includes or mainly based around a song

Ship - Character you "ship" are characters you think should be in a relationship with each other

Ship war - War between different ships usually having a common character as the reason for fighting some times this is lighthearted and funny but some people take this seriously
