Chapter 1 "The bubbly blonde"

Chapter 1
"The bubbly blonde."

"Why don't you just pitch yourself off the school roof, stupid Deku?" Katsuki Bakugo asked his old childhood friend Izuku Midoriya. "Your just a quirkless nobody." Bakugo said then finished with inlighting his quirk and setting Deku's notes on fire. By the time Deku started crying Bakugo and his friends were gone probably to bully someone else.

Deku sighed Kacchan was right he should throw himself off the roof all he was, was a waste of space. Those were the thoughts going through Deku's mind as he slowly walked up the stairs of his school. Even when he stepped out of the school and onto it's roof no thought was stopping him.

"I've been their too." Said a female voice behind him causing him to jump.

"Who are you?!" Deku demanded as he turned to face the voice that had stopped him for a few minutes from taking his own life.

When Deku turned he saw a bubbly blonde with her hair up in pigtail buns. "Himiko Toga and, who are you cutie?" Toga asked.

"Deku." The green haired boy answered Toga must have been only a few years older then he was.

"Just Deku?" She asked.

"Yeah, just a nickname." Deku replied his current task forgotten.

"Why are you up here." She asked him her voice has concern in it.

"You know why I'm up here." Deku stated flatly.

"Well, yeah but what caused it? Come over here and sit I won't bite you." The girl said

Slowly keep what little guard he had left Deku sat down. "An old childhood friend told me to do it that I was worthless. And you know what's funny I actually believed him!" Deku then laughed there was no joy in it and it was a sound that could only be compared to as the sound of sandpaper being rubbed together.

"Why'd he call you worthless you don't look worthless you look stronger than most?" Toga asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Aww thanks for the compliment. I've been training to be a hero. No, he called me worthless because I don't have a quirk." And with that Toga's face lightened up with joy.

"You know, Deku i know how hard it can be to be a hero without a quirk or a useful one as they called it with me if you can't be a hero how about be the next popular thing?" She asked Deku.

"A sidekick?" Deku asked.

"No silly a villain!" She said rising to her feet pulling Deku up with her. "Imagine it people would still know your name, we make a decent amount of money, and we can get rid of anyone who calls anyone without a quirk worthless!" Toga said spreading her arms out towards the rest of the city.

"Well I like where you're coming from but I just don't know *mutters mutters mutters*"

"Umm Hellooo?" Toga drawed out.

"Oh, can I think about it?" Deku asked.

"Of, course but if you turn me in I'll kill ya!" She said.

"Of course I understand!" Deku said walking down the stairs with her without any thoughts of suicide in his mind.
