Chapter 1

Louis POV

Today began just like any other day. I got ready by putting on my skinny jeans, t-shirt, and my red converse. After, I brushed my hair and teeth. Then, I headed out the door to drive to high school.

On my way to school, I belted the song lyrics of the new song called Secrets by Mary Lambert, aka my favorite song! As I sang my heart out I parked my car. 'This morning may turn out okay.' I thought. I thought too soon though.

Right as I walked into the building I was pushed against the wall by none other than Harry Styles. Harry had gorgeous green eyes and perfectly curly brown hair. He was tall, handsome, and he had a few tattoos. Don't even get me started on when he wears beanies. But he likes to make fun of me instead of make love to me. That would be great. Oh well, at least he knows I exist.

"Good morning fag" harry spat as he pushed me harder into the hard wall.
"Ready for your beating Tomlinson?" Harry asked.
Not waiting for an answer, Harry punched me in the stomach repeatedly until I started to slide down the wall. After, Harry kicked me till I saw stars.
The bell rang, leaving me in the hallway alone not able to get up.

Around twenty minutes later I got up and walked to the nurses office. I'm used to getting hurt so I later went to my first class.

"Glad you could finally join us." my teacher, Mr. Reid said sarcastically as I walked into the classroom. When I was looking for an open seat, the only one available was the one right next to Harry.

So, I slowly made my way to the desk and Harry wouldn't take his eyes off me! 'God that boy makes me nervous.' I thought as I tried not to look at Harry throughout the class. As the class was taking notes, a piece of paper appeared on my desk. "Meet me in the court yard after school." It read but I don't even know who it's from.

I looked around the classroom to see if anyone was watching me read it but everyone was taking notes.

Well, I don't have anything better to do but I hope it's not a trap, because I don't want to be beaten up twice in one day. Though, it wouldn't be a first.

The morning classes after that went by quickly and before I knew it, lunch was next!
I made my way into the cafeteria and sat by my lovely friends.

I put my tray on the table and sat down seeing that my friends were already there.

My best friend, Niall Horan. Niall is a foreign exchange student form Ireland. He had blonde hair and is extremely adorable.

Also, my cousin, Eleanor Calder. Eleanor is beautiful but, I don't go that way. Sorry!

We always stood up for each other even though they were scared. That's the greatest thing about friendship.

As I walk to my last class some slutty cheerleader bumped into me.. ew.

I walked into the room I noticed that I'm early by 3 minutes!

I decided that today I would sit in the back so Harry might not notice me.

In my opinion history class is not needed. I know that we should learn it so we don't repeat stupid decisions but why does that have to take 12 years?!

My thoughts were interrupted by my teacher talking about some "huge" project. How fun..

"For this project I will be pairing each of you up. This means you will have to meet outside of school each week. This is the biggest grade of the semester so don't slack." said Mrs. Martin.

"The partners for this project are Sam and Will, Dave and Mark, Kayla and Alyssa, Jimmy and Charlie," after that I zoned out until I heard "And last for the partners will be Louis and Harry."
