Sabay-sabay na sumisigaw ang mga students. It’s like… they’re having a royal rally for me. Even the Dean, the Most High Dean, starts to escort me. Grabe ang feeling! Lahat nakatingin sa ‘yo! All eyes! Suddenly, a group of students holding cards form a mosaic with the words HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Awww! That’s so sweet of them! I am so touched! Words can never express my gratitude and happiness. Sobra-sobra na ‘to. But as the Queen Bee, I have to have a word.
“I heart you, guys!!!”, sabi ko with matching flying kiss and heart sign gesture.
Maiiyak na yata ako. Ito na talaga ang best birthday ever! Ano pa ba ang mahihiling ko? At seventeen, nasa ‘kin na yata ang lahat. Para na ‘kong nabubuhay sa isang panaginip. This… is the ultimate teenage dream!
But I’m sure you’ll still ask “What would Katy Perez wish for?”
