          Chapter 1: Life Sucks!
                   Bailey's P.O.V.
I walked into what I call hell. Also known as a thing called 'High-school'. It is most likely the worst thing ever! It's like I was cursed for some odd reason. You average kids hate school as well, but I hate it the most. I get bullied a lot and nobody likes me. It seems as if I am what you call an 'outcast'. I'm highly intelligent and also a nerd. I love history class. That is the only subject I have with my best friend Cassidy or Cassie as I like to call her. I smiled as how I thought that it was Friday. After today it is Christmas break! Cassie and I are going to play League all break long! Oh, excuse me, did I not explain what League is? League is League of Legends. It is an awesome game where you get to choose champions and play them. It is really fun and very competitive! I main one of the coolest champions ever, Ezreal~ The Prodigal Explorer! He is so fun to play with. He is mainly skill shots and stuff which makes playing him hard and interesting. Cassie mains Miss Fortune, another Attack Damage Carry, sometimes we do a kill lane and sometimes I just go her support. I love playing Ezreal when I can. I even own a skin for him! The Frosted Ezreal skin!
As I was in my fantasy I ran straight into the one person I didn't want to see... Katie. She's mean to everyone and she thinks shes the boss considering her parent is the principal! I find it so stupid that she gets special treatment! As I bumped into her, I fell over, causing everyone around me to laugh. That was much to my embarrassment! I felt my whole face turn a bright tomato red as I heard them all laugh and mock at me.
"Woah, watch out there nobody! No one likes you! Why don't you just run off and disappear for good! Geez, nerd." She laughed and yelled. I stood up as people kept kicking me and shouting offensive words at me. I felt on the verge of tears as I ran down the halls. I felt the bruises starting to form all over me. I ran straight past Garret and Cassie. They both stared at me concerned for me as I ran past. I couldn't hold it anymore. I let the tears fall down my bruised face. As I ran I saw people stare at me confused. I knew where I needed to go.
I ran up the stairs to the roof. Most people would suspect the girls' locker-room or the girls' bathroom so I went to the roof. I threw my backpack against the air ventilation system and sat down against a wall, bordering me and the ground below. I cradled my knees and buried my face into my legs. I cried. I let the tears fall like rain. I didn't care. I just wanted to be home. No, I wanted to belong. All of the cool kids make it look easy. It's not. I get bullied everyday. No one cares about me. I could die and no one care. It's been like that ever since I lost my parents in a fire. No one understands me. No one will understand me... Ever. I looked up at the sky as my eyes watered. Why... Why me? What did I do so wrong?!? Why do people treat me like this! Why can't life be as simple as a video games?
That reminded me of Ezreal. Oh how I wish to meet Ez! It would be grand to meet him. I smiled. I know what I will do! I'll go home and play some League. Maybe that will cheer me up! I got up and scrapped off all of the dust particles on my clothing then grabbed my backpack and ran home. I skipped three stairs at a time racing toward the ground floor. I about fell, but I caught myself and continued.
Soon enough I was home. Home at last! I turned on my computer and started up league. As I put in my log in information, I saw the screen sparkle and glow a bit. I hit enter for it to take me into the launcher but it did something different. It shone a very bright light. I tried to sheild my eyes but had no such luck. It felt as if time was changing rapidly. I felt my stomach turn queasy and myself grow nauseous.
Finally the light faded for me to see a bunch of large buildings. They stood very tall and looked very futuristic. I looked around in awe. Were am I? What's going on here. Then I saw something I will never forget... There was a sign. It was a welcome sign. Instead of it saying welcome to my hometown of Montreal, Canada. It said, 'Welcome to the beautiful, futuristic, and technologically advanced city of Piltover!' Then it struck me where I was. I was in Piltover, in League. But best off... I'm where Ezreal resides...
