"Hey! The party's there, birthday girl." Lea looked back and to her shock saw Aga grinning at her, hands on his pocket with a wine glass on his free hand.
"You're gonna be the death of me!" She said and soundly slap his arms. "Bakit ka ba nandito?"
"Ikaw? What are you doing here?" He answered back and tried to peek on Lea's phone. "Oh, sino yan?" he curiously asked.
Lea looked up to him and smiled. "I'm FaceTime-ing with Michael," lifting her phone, and Aga saw a white guy, probably of his age waving his hands at him. "Mike, this is Aga, my bestfriend. Ags, this is Michael,"there is a pause as she breath deeply, "...my boyfriend."
An O formed on his mouth and nodded, "Nice to meet you."
"I'm so please to finally meet you, Aga! I've heard a lot of good things about you from Lei. I hope to meet you in person," Michael from the screen politely.

"Coffee?" Aga offered as he sit adjacent to her. Nobody talked, just as Lea like. She's tired of faking smiles and answering people she's okay when in fact she is not. Silence enveloped the space between them, when suddenly Lea leaned on his shoulder as muffled her cries and tears began to escape on her eyes.
He throws her arms around her and hushed her. "Let it out, babes. Just let it out," he encouraged as he know that ever since her father died, Lea haven't cried a single tear. They stayed on that position for a moment, with Aga's shirt already soaked with her tears. "Tapos ka na?"
Lea lifted her face with her nose red as a cherry, "Buti na lang talaga di kayo naghire nang Crying Ladies," he joked making Lea frown. Lea's parents are of Chinese descent, growing up, they were not forced to practice every single practice, but mandatorily needed to at least know how to speak Mandarin and Fookien.
"Piao si!" she cursed in Fookien, shove lightly his shoulders, and chuckled.
"Alam mo, mapanakit ka na ha! But it's so nice to hear your laugh or just even see your smile," he complimented and put the loose hair behind her ears. "Ayaw ni Tito na umiiyak ang unica ija niya."
