He couldn't see Dream as he left the car.He went nearby a home and saw some ropes and pills.The pills were  medical stuff, like heart diseases.The ropes were medium sized and used mostly for like, sneak tactics.Like, you know, you need to climb a tree, but then you have no ladders, so you use that.He heard loud gunshots and screams."
