Your POV

you yawned in excitement as you exited your bed to get ready for school. You dug through your closet to only find a pair of ripped mom jeans and a coca-cola cropped tee, with White Doc. Martins.

As you finished shoving your foot in your left Doc. Martin your mom called you down for breakfast "Coming mommy" you yelled as you walked down the stairs. As you sat yourself at the table your brother Steve took a slice of toast and ran outside, your mom sat a pancake on your plate and you smiled. After you ate you joined your brother in his car and drove off to school

When you got to school, you notice 3 boys, you knew them because they were in your first period (science) the boys were Mike wheeler, Lucas Sinclair, and Dustin Henderson- your thoughts were interrupted when Troy walsh and James whatshisname went up to the boys, you knew this couldn't be good you sighed has you stepped out of Steve's car, he waved and said "bye Y/N". The five boys darted their heads at you then looked away. Troy then said "Step right up, ladies and gentlemen, step right up and get your ticket to the freak show" Troy smiled "who do you think would make more money at a freak show?" "Frogface?" He poked Mike "Midnight" he poked lucas "or toothless" he poked Dustin "oooof, tough call, tough call." James said, he then looked at Dustin "I'd go with toothless"

Dustin's POV

"I'd go with toothless" the words rang in his head as he knew what was gonna happen, it happened every day he waited for them to force him to 'do the arm thing' but for some reason, he heard a different voice, it was a girl, it was Y/N, he had liked her since the 4th grade, but she was too good for him because she had everything, or at least that was what Mike and Lucas said, will supported his crush- oh no, was she about to make fun of him too?? "James I suggest you back off before I get my brother, he has time to beat you and Troy up you know, highschool classes start at 8:30" James and Troy ran off, they knew Y/N was serious. Y/N looked at the Treo and said "see you guys in 15" she shot a warm smile at everyone and walked off.

Your POV

As you got in the school building you noticed something sticking out of your locker, you (being curious) took it out and read it 'Dear Y/N, please meet me behind the school at recess from T.W.' you laughed and balled it up, tossing it into the trashcan as if it were a basketball, making it. You unlocked your locker and got your stuff, 'easily' making your way through the halls you finally made it to mr.clarks class, you looked around and noticed that will Byers wasn't here, you noticed he wasn't with the boys earlier so you just thought he was here already but low and behold you were the only student there "Mr.clark, did will show up yet?" "No, sorry Y/N" you slumped in your seat as Mike, Dustin, and Lucas walked in along with most of the class. The bell rang, will still has not entered the class, you knew him well, in fact you guys were super close untill middle school when you were separated into 2 different crowds. You tore a piece of paper out of your binder and wrote 'have you seen Will today?' you then passed the note to Mike and waited to respond he then passed the note back is said 'no, have you' you shook your head
