Foxfire is full of surprises

April coughed and you look up at her to see her staring the other direction, you look over to see A LOT of girls glaring at you, and a lot of boys in the opposing direction drooling over you, in stress you jump about ten feet in the air as the bell rings then you go off to Telepathy, then Hydrokinetics and then....well many ability classes later you are almost at the end of the day when you hear whistle from behind you and you see a ton of boys staring at you while your hair was down.  Then there was P.E which seemed to be extra long, but this is different instead of normal you use your abilities to fight others, which seemes stupid but....you did it anyway.

y/n- Girls who is top?

they stare at you and explain that top of girls was the blondie from earlier who's same was Brianna, and that the top of the boys was the boy from the shadows earlier next to the blue eyed one, who more the mask he was an Empath and uses his ability in a strange way to figure out what his opponent was going to do which is how he always won and why the boys were afraid of him, and apprently his name was-. Well you didn't hear because training had started before the girls said his name, but you faced off with many people and kept winning, this was almost too easy you used a different tactic each time and no one knew what to expect, it was kind of fun. Until you made it to Brianna -who looked very shocked btw 0.0 - and she said

Brianna- Ha you faced the losers, it's easy to beat them but you haven't faced me and I promise you will not win this.

she had an annoying smirk on her face that you wanted to wipe off so badly, you look over at the boys side and see that the boy with the mask was already done, awaiting his next challenger. He watched you and he almost looked either shocked or..... amused? But his face was still expressionless almost as if he had no emotion in him, the whistle blew and the coach said

Coach- SEMI FINALS GO!

then you and Brianna started to fight. After a long time the you managed to beat the girl, slightly dirty and your hair was messed up but you didn't care you were satisfied with the look on her face. You went to recover in the locker room and get ready for the finals when the girls told you evrything about the boy with the mask. His name was Rascal, and he was very tough, he hated the girls and avoided them as much as possible, and that he only looked at Keefe -the boy with blonde hair and crystal blue eyes- as his real friend because he scared the rest of the boys really badly, he often showed no expression because everytime he did- well no one knew. But everyone knew that while he was alive he would never tell a huge group about his Childhood.

y/n- Why?

Chloe- Because we are pretty sure it was horrible, but we don't really know for sure

When the girls finished it was time to go back outside to face Rascal, you walked to conserve energy, he was already there waiting for you to finish the challenge. You look at him and he offers you a nod, then clears his throat

Rascal- So I see you made it. You must have some real talent

 he said with an almost surprised tone, but almost none at all.

y/n- It's beginners luck....

Rascal- Nonsense if you made it this far then it was no luck

then that pretty much concluded then conversation you nod then the coach blows her whistle. He didn't move he just waited, for what seemed like a long time he moved- well teleported right behind you, you jump away just as he snapped his fingers -well actually more like you were repelled away probably from the thing he conjured- which gave off a lot of pressure, then it disappeared. He stood there then started walking you back away for every step he takes until there was no more room, you looks at you up and down then he attacks which was surprisingly powerful as he touched you with one finger. You turn around about to hit a wall but it crumbles under you hands then after like 30 years he surprisingly got tired and started to get a little slower, as you take out a blade with a special kind of metal he says

Rascal- You actually gave me a fight-

he sees the blade and freezes, he almost had a flicker of fear in his eyes, then he started bleeding no one knew where, he thought you couldn't see but he started breathing harder, you start to walk closer to check on him then his eyes turn red as he screams

Rascal- DON'T COME ANY CLOSER TO ME WITH THAT THING IF YOU'RE GONNA COME OVER HERE THEN PUT IT DOWN

you stare at him because you had already telported over to him right as he said it, then there was a flicker -barely- of fear and anger, he grabbed your hand with the knife in it and pried the knife out, he flinched when the blade made contact then he threw it very far, after that he turned to you and said

Rascal- I am sorry for losing my cool" 

his eyes were still red, thankfully his voice was calmer and his face was once again -well it was the whole time- emotionless 

Rascal- but those things need to stay away from me

y/n- Why?

Rascal- Does it matter?!

y/n- It does to me

Rascal- It does NOT!

y/n- Tell me

Rascal- IT IS JUST A CHILDHOOD MEMORY OKAY?!

He covered his mouth, you looked up at him and told him you were sorry and promised not to say anything, then the bell rang and it was time to go. The girls started asking you what happened and you said

y/n- Nothing

Kelsey- liar we saw what happened near the end, he looked very alarmed, well not alarmed or anything at all, just it obvious that he was trying to keep his cool, but not by the "not look" on his face

y/n- c'mon stop asking

April- tell us

y/n- no stop, I promised I wouldn't

none of you noticed that Rascal was watching you hold your ground

Rascal- wow, a girl who can keep a promise, she even put up a good fight. She is not like the others

Keefe- Oh Rascal likes someone...

Rascal- SHUT UP I DO NOT!

 but his face was pink -and yet still emotionless-  as he slapped Keefe upside the head

Keefe- Bro c'mon why you getting so mad and your face is red, and she's 'not like the others' c'mon you totally d- OW!

Rascal- SHUT. UP. BEFORE. I. MURDER. YOU.

He said with gritted  teeth and a red face as everyone stared.

Keefe- Oh dude, btw what happened earlier at training?

Rascal- Nothing

and then it ended
