" I'm sorry sir, you know kids these days, getting
carried away with these Hollywood movies" Aunt Grace said in an attempt to mitigate the profound predicament I was in
I ended up in the principal's office after my excessive use of " profane words" as the principal, in a modest approach would call it
"Its not as if he can't say those things, he's a teenager so I understand, but to say it out loud, disrupting the attention of the class, in front of a teacher was just unacceptable" the principal replied, reminding me of how much trouble I was in.
"Sigh, but..... this is the first time such an occurrence has happened with this boy, since he's normally of good behavior, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and let him of the hook" the principal said instantly calming my very disturbed mind.
" Thank you s-"
" Just promise me its not happening again"
My celebration was cut short with the stern warning coming the principal with eyes of murderous intent
His looks sent shivers down my spine, I however managed to assure him it won't happen again
" yeah sure, it won't happen again"
" Good, then I believe we're done here, that is all, thank you for your time Mrs........?
"Grace, and its Miss Grace" She replied.
Sigh "What is wrong with you, Jacob?, I had to cancel a meeting just to get here, just to get here", Aunt Grace asked immediately after leaving the principal's office.
"Look I understand having your abilities can be stressful especially as a teenager but you shouldn't be doing stuff like that" she continued. I just let her complain to get it out of her system, besides I figured it was too soon to tell her I kid with my kind of abilities just showed up that the school, maybe it could be a false alarm.
"I'm sorry, It won't happen again" I replied desperately hoping to calm her down
"Okay I'm leaving now, please stay out of trouble"
" Sure, bye"
Now that Aunt Grace is gone, its time to clear a few things up, who's the hell is that new kid
I tried so many times to get him alone, but his fangirls wouldn't leave him alone,
" where are you from"
"Hey, got a minute"
" You're really hot" all the girls chattered
Ugh, we get it, he's cute, the girls were starting to annoy me honestly, I never get this kind of attention, not that it matters though, what's important is that I ask this guy some questions
I was following this guy all day with no success, I hadn't realized it was already closing time, plus at that time he was no where to be found at all, I was just walking down the alley carrying my disappointment,
" So desperate for answers, aren't you now?"
Someone said telepathically, My heart skipped but I calmed down and asked who was intruding my mind
"Relax its Nigel, I know you've been following me all day, kind of hard not to notice, meet me at old brockham street, the street opposite the school in about an hour"
" sure I'll be there" I replied
"Hey, are you okay, you're just standing talking to yourself" Charlotte said interrupting the telepathic dialogue thinking I was going crazy.
"You've been doing this for some time now and it has me worried" she added
"Its nothing just thinking about a few things" I said, it an effort to avoid suspicions.
"Well let's get going then"
"Sure"
Charlotte has been my best friend for like ever, she's always been there, like the sister I never had.
An hour passed and I was there on time, I didn't know how to communicate telepathically so I couldn't tell him I was here
"Wow, how bad are you at this" he said telepathically
"What do you mean?" I asked
"You can't talk telepathically, so all you can do is read minds?"
"Argh, where are you?"I asked, running out of patience
"Look behind you", I turned and he was there
"So what were you desperately to know"he asked
"How do I have powers and how do you have powers, why do you have powers, Am I alien, where-
"One question at a time you idiot" he interrupted as I was flooding him with questions
