~ use the cover for at least two weeks 'cause i do put in effort for your cover
~ the covers i make will have a watermark with my name on it, if you have a problem with that, this ain't the place of you
~ i can deny a request if i feel like i can't make a good cover for it so please don't get hurt
~ the password is james to make sure you read the rules
~ don't comment incomplete forms
~ don't comment forms broken up into multiple comments but just one comment.
~ i'd be willing to do just a re-do but reasonably.

~ i use piscart, pinterest, safari, phonto and sometimes canva for all the covers
~ if you behave rudely or make others uncomfortable, you'll be put in the blacklist and reported
~ if you wanna see some of my work before filling the form, head to next chapter
