One thing that makes a good friend is them being at your worst times. Trust me it makes you become even closer. Another thing is them being there to listen let you rant and vent to them about your problems, having a very open relationship, joking around with the inside jokes. If you find a good friend then hang out as much as possible because trust me they will slip out of your reach. Which can be kind of painful but you get used to it after a couple of friends do it.
