Chapter one

I woke up to my phone going off I gave out a big sigh, leaning over to see whos calling me. I answered the phone call Hello? GOOD MORNING serenity It's time to wake up get ready for school, I heard from the other line. I looked at the contact name oh it is my best friend rose. I just say okay I am up. After I hung up I was just sitting right up on my bed thinking why do I have to get ready for school. I was on my phone looking through my snaps and Instagram to see what's new. My door starts to knock come in as I yelled, my brother walks in crying and I asked what's wrong? He stayed silent for awhile and sat on my bed. I looked at him and said Luis I can't help you if you don't tell me what is wrong. Just know my brother is 15. Luis finally spoke up, I just get bullied because I don't fit in and you're the popular one at school. I looked at him and started to laugh, we just moved here like 2 weeks ago how am I the popular one already hahah. It's not funny serenity people are already talking about you and how pretty you are. I decided to just stay home and take my brother out so he wouldn't be all depressed.

Before we were leaving I got another phone call from rose. Hello? I am outside said rose. Fuck I forgot to tell her that I wont be going to school because of Luis. I went outside to see if she was really here and I saw her car I'm still in my crop top and fuzzy pants, she rolled down her window and was like confused how come you're not dressed and I smiled oh I decided not to go to school and she was like why and I didn't know what to say and my brother comes out puking and I was like I got to take care of my brother cause he sick and rose was getting mad and she said he can take care of himself and i'm just like well he is my little brother and I got to take my roll and take care of him so I don't know your problem rose and if you don't like it then go ahead and leave and so she did she speed off. I walked back into the house furious. My brother comes walking back in and asked can we just stay in and watch movies and I looked over my shoulder and calmed down and said yes go lay down put the tv on and ill go make you some soup. I love my brother and I will do anything for him.

As soon I was done making his soup, I heard him talking on the phone with one of his guy friends and I over heard. Bro did your sister fell for your trick? as his friend says. I stayed in the kitchen to listen to their conversation. Yea bro she thinks I am actually depressed and sick you should seen how she went from a cold heartless sis to a caring one. I walked into the living room and I was like who are you talking to? with a serious look on my face. He paused for a minute trying to find words to say cause he knew he got caught lying. Bro ill call you later I think my sis heard our conversation. After they hung up I told him to give me his phone and get ready. he looked at me asking me ready for what and I'm like I am talking you to school I don't care if your depressed or sick, so get ready I am tired of your lies and I will be telling our parents about this when they get home from work, also I will be keeping your phone for 2 weeks to make you think for what you have done. Without any hesitation he walked upstairs and got ready. I was waiting in my car for him to come. He came outside and walked to the car. I put the car in reverse and started to drive and after 5 minutes of silence he spoke. I am sorry serenity I know lying was bad, and I shouldn't never done it. I looked at him then why did you? if you knew if it was bad then why do it? he looked at me one more time and stayed silent.

We were 10 minutes before arriving to school. I spoke up to him. Luis if you lie one more time to me I wont give you your phone back until you learn your mistakes and face the consequence. He just nodded and got out of my car since we arrived at our school. I guess it was lunch time and poeple saw me pulling up I already see people talking about my brother and how he had his head lowered and made him look like a scum. I got out of my car and yelled IF I HEAR A WORD COMING OUT OF YALL MOUTH ABOUT MY BROTHER BE PREPARED TO MEET YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE. Everyone stayed silent and I got back into my car and drove off. My phone starts ringing from an unknown number. Who is this? as i said answering the phone. Me to know and you to find out, as the person said on ther other phone line. All I want to say that you have the badass skill for everyone to be scared of you hahah you even got me scared of myself for me being the bad person in school, ill see you around. And then that person hung up, Im thinking to myself who the person can be?
