At 12:31 A.M on December 6,1999 a healthy girl named Laila Kidd was born in Chicago,Illinois. Her family is also from Chicago. She had her mom's blond straight hair and her dad's blue eyes. She weighed 8 lbs exact. Her height was 22 inches.

Her mother is Jane and Andrew Kidd, she has a sister named Stella (age 4) and a brother named Jake (age 10). Her grandmother is Jesse and Crystal Kidd, and Jackson and Amie Williams of Springfield,IL. Her aunt and uncle is Carlen and Kelly Anderson. She has one cousin named Ally.

Her parents took her home. Her nursery had a pink wallpaper with animal stickers on it, a crib that was pink, and a teddy bear. It was really tiny, and was basically in the same room as Stella and Jake but only a sheet was separating them. The house was small,but the family of 5 still managed to fit in it.

Her parents didn't really have good jobs so they could only afford a 2 bed,1 bath,small kitchen,and a small living room house. The reason they didn't have good jobs was because when her parents were younger they were troublemakers and one time they got arrested so now not a lot of jobs will expect them even though they have turned there lives around.

Her high chair was pink as well. All of the stuff she had was passed down from Stella except the teddy bear. Some of her clothes were passed down as well,except 2 new onesies,1 shirt,and a pair of shoes.

December 25,1999:
It was now Laila's first Christmas. She was now 19 days old.

Then Stella tried to wake up Laila. "Laila! It's Christmas!" Then Laila started crying. Then Jake said,"you shouldn't wake up baby's!" Then her mom walked in. "What happened?!" "Stella woke up Laila!" "Oh Stella. You shouldn't wake up baby's,ok? They need their sleep." "Ok,sorry mommy." "It's fine."

Once Laila woke up herself,her mom brought her in the living room with her and her siblings. She was now fully awake. Stella and Jake opened their presents then Laila's mom opened her 2 presents. "Look sweetie! You got a new shirts and blocks for when your older!"

Laila's family then ate Christmas dinner. Laila has milk while the rest of them had hot chocolate,chili, and ham. Then Laila fell back to sleep.

November 9,2000:
Laila was now 11 months.

""OMG she said mama mommy!", Yelled Stella. "WHAT!" "Mama",Laila said. "OMG! Sweetie you did your first word!" Then Laila smiled a bit.

December 5,2000:
"I can't believe our youngest is turning 1 tommorow honey!" Jane said to Andrew. "I know, right. She's growing up to fast!" "I know!"
