Ae-Cha sat in her tiny apartment kneading her temples. The essay due tomorrow was killing her. She had to define the pros and con's of loans in college. Plus the homework for her language teacher. Her phone goes off signalling a face time call and she smiles. "Hey Haeun what's up?" Smiling at her little sister's face. "Unnie I need help with a dance" Haeun whines. "Hmm which one?" She gets off her desk chair and walks to her bed flopping down. " Wayv Moonwalk". Ae-Cha gets up and grabs her keys "ok let me go to the dance studio in the school". Well there goes her sleep. She'll be up till at least 3 in the morning to finish all of her work. But she would gladly do it for her little sister. Ae-Cha ends the call and locks the apartment door. When she arrives its close to six at night. She knew this was going to take a few hours 4 at the most. Ae-Cha called her sister back "OK what parts are you having trouble on?" The first part came the reply. So they started dancing to the music through face time which was their ritual. When their mom said it was time to have Haeun to go to sleep the girl whined. Ae-Cha chuckled "go to sleep Haeun I'll call you tomorrow". Ae-Cha shuts off the lights in the studio and walks to her car. When she arrives home in stead of going to sleep she sat at her desk.

Finally! The essay was done and it was 2:30 in the morning. She then grabbed her language homework and started at it. She worked till she answered the last question. When she got up to stretch it was 3:05a.m. Ae-Cha grabbed a towel and went to take a shower. She stepped out in her pjs and crawled into bed setting her alarm for 6:30 a.m. Ae-Cha drifted off to sleep. What felt like 5 minutes she woke up to her alarm. She got up and did her daily routine. She stepped out the apartment and headed to her car. Ae-Cha really didn't need to be awake this early but a lot of the kids drove cars. She wanted a good parking spot. As she pulled in some other kids were also pulling in. She grabbed her backpack and walked into the campus. Ae-Cha retreated to her favourite spot in the library, a little space in the fiction section, and plugged her head phones in. She set to reading a chapter of her favourite book. When she heard the bell she walked to her debate class and took her seat. As all the kids came in the teacher followed. "I hope you all did your essay." Some kids nodded others groaned. Ae-Cha handed hers in as the teacher was walking around collecting. Then the teacher started the lecture for the hour of the class. When Ae-Cha had a break she called home. "Hi eomma" Ae-Cha said. She and her mom talked for a while. Ae-Cha told her mom that she was coming home that she was going to transfer to a school in Korea. Her mother said that was a good idea. So Ae-Cha decided that the sooner the better she had thought of this before. So she asked for transfer and was accepted a few months before. Ae-Cha talked with the school that she would come when she was ready. As Ae-Cha walked to her other classes she told her teachers what was happening they smiled and wish her luck. She walked to her car and drove to her apartment. Ae-Cha walked in and started packing her bags to move home. As she finished packing she left a couple outfits out. She went online and booked a flight to Seoul, South Korea. She decided to text her mom and talk about surprising Haeun.

Ae: hey mom

Mom: yes sweetie?

Ae: so have you told Haeun I'm coming yet?

Mom: no should I?

Ae: no! I want to surprise her so just don't tell her yet

Mom: ok sweetie but she will be mad that you didn't tell her you were coming because she wants to be prepared

Ae: I know but she'll get over it soon

Ae-Cha sighs as she looks around at the boxes and smiles sadly as she sees one with memories written across the top. She opens it and sees pictures of her and ten ( Sksk I don't remember how to spell his name it looks like gibberish from my pov so I'll just call him ten but Ae-Cha knows his real name and doesn't know ten is his stage name sorry I'm blabbing heh sowwy) she laughs at the dork faces he makes. At the bottom of the box she sees a letter before he left.

Dear Ae-Cha,
I know you're sad but please don't. I couldn't handle my little sun being sad like a cloudy day (??? This sucks already lol) so when I get the time with my career I hope you'll remember that I think of you every second, every minute, every hour of every day you alone own my heart and I love you my sun and remember be happy for us both

                                         Love, ten

Ae-Cha wiped the few years that escaped her eyes and folded the letter and put it back in the box. A ring also came with the letter. She wears it on a chain around her neck. Ae-Cha gets up and decided to go on a walk to clear her thoughts. She started her car and drove to the park. Ae-Cha got out and stepped on the trail that led around the park. She sighed as a smile grew on her face. She skipped like a child and stopped at the swings and started swinging and laughing like a little child. Ae-Cha still thought of ten but she didn't cry like those first few weeks after he left. She knew he left to pursue a dream that made him happy. She also knew that she would happily give him up a thousand times to see the smile that lit up his face when he got the letter saying he was accepted to an agency. His smile made her whole being smile especially her heart. Ae-Cha will always miss him and what they could've been. But fortune had smiled on him and let him go off to make a name for himself. For that she shed more tears but not sad one but happy ones.
