The morning breeze was peaceful and soothing, as a silhouette of a boy slowly approaches a girl crying and leans to her and he says-
"Hey Claire, why are you out here crying?"
"Ja-James?" as Claire stutters.
"Your brothers are looking for you."
Claire looks down and stays silent for few moments and she finally speaks-
"I-I'm sorry... Today was supposed to be Ray's special day, but I ruined everything again. I'm sorry I didn't mean to do it. All I ever do is cause trouble for him. I'm nothing but a burden!"
As tears start to form from her dejected eyes, she yells out her frustration to James.
"I just want him to have a peaceful life but that's not possible as long as I'm here. Everything I do is just hurting him! I'm not normal! I should have never been born!"
"Stop Claire"
As James leans in closer and wipes her tears, he tells Claire-
"There's nothing wrong with you. Your brother loves you, even I can see that, he doesn't want you to disappear... He wants you to be happy and I also want you to be happy. I promise Claire, one day I'll take you away from all of this and I'll give you everything you ever wanted so you won't ever have to cry again. From now on, whenever you are sad remember me. Always remember that I love you."
As Claire slowly wipes her tears she whispers-
"James..."
"I'll make you happy one day. I promise."
"James, thank you! No matter how long it takes I'll wait for you"
*5 years after*
"The promise I made you that day... It might have seemed childish, but I meant it. I'm yours... I'm sorry I can't be there with you right now, I wish I could hold you close and take all your problems away, I wish I could be by your side always... No matter how far I am I'm always thinking of you. I want to become someone who deserves you, someone who can protect you,but for now this is all I can do. Please Claire... Remember our promise. Wait for me."
