Chapter#1 The Killing begins

It was the year 1969 there was a detective on the case his name was Frank Cargo he was at the age of  70 and to this day
He still does his job of being a detective when he found out his wife died due to a drug overdose and worrying about her husband Frank he was devastated about it for the past six years he tried so hard to solve the case about The Birthday Killer but every time he found nothing Frank made a vow to never retire  until he finds The Birthday Killer he did come across one crime scene that was really gruesome the arms and legs were both cut off by the torso he was shocked he wasn't even sure if this is The Birthday Killer's message.
