Even now
when someone speaks of you,
I feel good.
To have,
that little piece of information
to know that you‟re fine.
It feels good,
to simply know something about you.
And now when they speak of you,
no pair of eyes settle on me.
They don't link us anymore
and that, feels good too.
I miss your stories,
but I don‟t ever regret pushing you away.
