Why Did This Happen to Me? [gxg]

The Start

Sophie P.O.V
     It's first year at yet another new school. I'm so tired of moving all the time because of my Mom. She is in the military so we move a lot so i don't get to make a lot of friends. Well till i started this school.

Reiley P.O.V
     "Dad what the fuck stop please." I yelled at him as me kept kicking me. My mother died my dad is a drunk. My life is so fucked up. My dad hates my guts because I like girls. He thinks it's just a call for attention and he has different men over on the weekends to make sure that I become straight. I always have bruises. I used to hang out with a gang but i got stabbed twice and my dad had to pretend that he cared. Now I'm just the school badass that no one messes with because I'll kick there ass's even if there's a teacher there.

Sophie P.O.V
     "Hi honey ready for you first day at your new school?" My mom asked with a smile.
     "When aren't I its not the first time for me to be the new kid at a new school" I said to her.
     "Well honey i have surprise for you." She said with an even bigger smile.
     "What is it?" I asked being curious of the news.
     "We're staying." My mom said. I looked at her confused.
     "For how long? A month two months?" I asked her.
     "No silly i got discharged were staying till you graduate." She said still smiling.
     "Wait really are serious mom?" I asked getting really happy.
     "Yes I am serious no more moving." I smiled and hugged her.
     "Thanks mom now i have to go I don't want to be late my first day at my new school." I grabbed my truck keys and left to school.

Reiley P.O.V
     "Fucking bitch!" My dad spat in my face when he was done kicking me. "Go get ready for fucking school i have better thing to do." He gave me one final kick and left for work. I hate him with a passion. I went up stairs and put on my makeup and clothes and left for school.

Sophie P.O.V
     When i got there i went to the office to get my schedule. My first class was Math. It was easy they were learning what I learned my freshman year. When I went to my second class I got lost and hit someone and we both fell to the ground. "Dame it." The girl i ran into said.
     "I'm sorry I didn't mean too. I um-" She held up her hand and i shut up.
     "Where you going?" She asked. I finally looked up and that's when I saw her. I just looked into her eyes for a few seconds till she said something. "Earth to new kid what your class?" She asked me. I didn't answer. "Come on I ain't got all day." I still didn't talk she and I were standing now. She took my schedule out of my hands and our hands touched. She didn't seem to notice but it gave me tingles up my arm.
     "Sorry its history." I said finally able to talk.
     "Looking at your schedule we have the same classes for the rest or the day. So i could show you around only thing I ask from you is that you're my excuse for being late. Sound good?" She asked me.
     "Sure sounds good." I said and we started walking. We got to the class in know time. We walked in and everyone looked at us.
     "Nice of you two to join us." The teacher said sarcastically.
     "Hey give her a break she's new here. I was helping her. Mr. Ass" The girl said rudely.
     "Oh ok sorry now go sit down girls go sit down and watch your mouth Reiley." He said a little nicer now but the last part was rude. We went and sat down. I sat next to her and everyone looked terrified at what i had just done.
     "Hey I forgot to introduce myself earlier. I'm Reiley Malven. I'm the school asshole, asskicker, or badass as some would say." She said witch in a way made me feel safe.
     "Sophie Dawson." I smiled. I spent the rest of my day almost attached to her hip. It was the end of the day and we went out and it was raining and i saw her start to walk home in the rain. "Hey Reiley you wanna ride?" I asked her. She looked at me then down.
     "Would you mind?" She asked I just smiled.
     "If I minded I wouldn't have asked." I said to her she hoped into my truck and was amazed by it.
     "Is this a 1978 F250 Ford?" She asked me seeming amazed by it.
     "You know you're trucks." I said to her she just smiled.
     "Yeah I love them I always wanted one." She said and it was different to see her smile and laugh i hadn't seen her do it all day. Not even start a smile. This is hopefully a start to a good friendship.
    
Reiley P.O.V
     I told her where i lived and she started to drive. It was driving me crazy that she is so beautiful and i can't tell her. She drove to my house and we sat there for a minute or two. "Hey thanks for the ride." I thanked her.
     "No problem anytime. All you have to do is ask and I'm there." She just smiled. I hoped out of the truck  with a wince and when i turned to grab my bag she looked worried. "Are you okay?" She asked.
     "Yeah I'm fine." I said going back to rude fast. It hurt me to be like that to her but I can't have her or anyone knowing my secret. "Thank you again." She just nodded. I closed the door and she drove off. I walked into the house to see him standing there.
