Some tips for shifting
Don’t overcomplicate it
Shifting is easy. That’s it. It may seem like a big thing, but it’s not. We shift all the time, so shifting is really just focusing on going to a specific reality. That’s all shifting is.
Shifting is as natural as breathing, once you accept this consciously and subconsciously, you’ll shift before you know it.
Belief
I talk about this a lot but be honest with yourself. You believe in shifting and respawn 100%? With no subconscious blockages or little voices telling you otherwise?
Once you get rid of all blockages and get into the right mindset, you’ll be home before you know it.
Don’t plan your shift, just do it
This is from personal experience. Whenever I planned to shift to my wr, it never happened. However, whenever I just said to myself “oh, I guess I’ll shift tonight”, I usually did, whether it was a mini shift or to my actual wr.
I’d recommend that you don’t plan your shift. Just go to bed and think “hey, I’ll shift tonight”. Because it is possible to pick up blockages if you plan it, such as “what about tomorrow? What if I don’t shift? I have homework due tomorrow etc.” Whereas, if you just say to yourself you’ll shift and then try shortly after, it gives little time for blockages to settle in.
I’d also like to just quickly state that you can script in your dr/wr and don’t have to shift back here to fix it as that was a mistake of mine and a frequent question I get asked.
