Ideas...?

So there is an idea that I may have had since I was around 6. The characters have changed from ponies to demons to humans...

Basic summary of setting and plot?- A few people who have felt true despair are able to see creatures that will grant them a wish or more for a disputable price for at least a week. If the people do not wish to settle a contract with the creature(s), then their memories of the creatures will disappear. However, there is a group made up of people who are who have some type of power(s) connected to force of nature and brought forth a group called the Elements. In a land that the Elements are connected to, some of them partially rule over countries in a world that is divided by sections, one section that contains eternal winter, one containing eternal fall, one containing eternal summer, and one containing eternal spring.
Would anybody actually read this rubbish?
