Chapter 3 Best Friends?

As we sped away in the big van, I took the time to take out my phone and reply back to everyone who had sent me a text. I told my family members I would call once I was settled into the house and comfortable and that I loved and missed them. I told my best friend and stepsister, Hanna, that I would call her in the morning and that I missed her. I sent out a group message to all my other friends that had sent me a text to thank them and tell them id call soon. And then the last message that I almost didn't notice, I didn't know how to reply to, it was Zayden so I just left it for now.

Just thinking about him, made a silent tear fall from my eye. He had just been my life for 6 years, even when I went off to college my Junior year. He was the first guy to call me beautiful everyday and he just stole my heart, but he returned it in a million and one pieces. I couldn't stop the tears now, I turned my face away from everyone to try and avoid them noticing my crying, but Liam had noticed, I could tell.

After we made it to the hospital, they had to re-break my nose and then gave me some light pain medicine to take over the next few days. The boys paid for me and then the doctor sent us on our way.

Once we were back in the car, Liam took my phone, but I was too sad to really care. He handed it back to me and I had a message, from him.

Hey are u alright? His text said.

Yeah fine.. I replied.

U don't seem like it, I saw the tears.

It's nothing I promise.

Don't make a promise u can't keep.

Sorry, it's just a long story.

Tell me sometime?

Yeah just not now alright?

That cheered me up a bit and I started chatting with the boys. I was still pretty surprised I was this close to One Direction for the second time in my life, except I could hug them and stuff without getting into trouble! I thought to myself. They did seem shorter when they were sitting and I was standing though, well I guess that what being 5'1" gets you in life. I laughed to myself as we drove on.

The boys asked what my new address was and I told them while Louis typed it into the maps on his iPhone. Suddenly we hear a gasp and Louis looks up with a huge childish grin. He holds the phone out to the boys to reveal that I live in the house behind them. This came as a shock to both me and the boys. I smiled so big and had an urge to tell the whole Directioner population but then decided it would be okay not to for now. So I just sat in a happy silence as we pulled into my driveway.

"I'm going to help Sheay unpack but ill be back at a decent time, promise!" Liam smiled to the boys, helping me grab all my stuff. We walked in silence until we got to the door. "Do you have a key?"

"I will in just a second!" I laughed as I looked around until I found the broken pot with the key in it. "Here it is!"

We both laughed as I unlocked the door. We walked in and I gasped.

"Oh my gosh!!!!" I squealed.

"What?" Liam asked sounding worried.

"It's huge!" I giggled.

"Oh I thought it was something bad!" He smiled.

"I can't believe he furnished this place for me!" I smiled.

"So who is your friend?" Liam asked as we walked through the house.

"Oh his name is Alex Sheeran!" I smiled.

"Is he related to Ed by any chance?" He questioned still following me.

"He hasn't said anything about an Ed." I said looking at him confused.

"Wait you know who Ed Sheeran is right?" He asked.

"Uhmmm.." I frowned. "No?"

"Oh my Buzz Lightyear! This could be why this is such a wonderful house!" He grinned.

"That could make sense!" I laughed.

We continued talking for a while as he helped me get my stuff unpacked around the bathroom and my bedroom mostly. We got to know each other really well that night and he was really sweet as he insisted that he help me unpack. He also told me some more things that I didn't know about the boys so that I could be more comfortable around them. I was so grateful that he was helping me out. Once we got pretty much done I told him we should get something to drink so we went downstairs to the 1st floor to the kitchen and I automatically went to look in the fridge. And much to my surprise I found that the kitchen had been completely stocked for me. Alex really out did himself. Liam and I hung out talking and just as he was leaving and I was heading to the pool, my phone started ringing.

The one thing I saw was Zayden.
