Omg I finished and wrote the entire chapter in more detail are you proud of me now??? I can't waittttttt for all of you to read the story. So the pending mc is getting more lockdown so I will really try to update this new version as much as I can I hope you enjoy my rewrite and thanks so much for the patience on this book. Also I will be deleting each old chapter as we go so by the end I should have deleted maybe 3 or 4 chapters this is so the story doesn't become confusing. I love all you guys!!! Y/N'S POV

"Y/N?" I heard a girl calling my name "Y/N rise and shine silly. Come Oooooooo-n" she said dragging the O. She poke my side and I woke up reacting to the jab to my side.

"Ouch that hurt" I grumbled as I rubbed my eyes. I stretched to see the bright green eyed girl smiling so wide. She bounced up and down on my bed making me grumble more. Her hair down from her normal side ponytail. I groaned stretching out and yawning.

"Good Morning Y/N" she smiled her smile brightly lighting up her room. She patted my head. "Well get dressed and head down to the kitchen Iris made you breakfast see you downstairs." She then got up and bounced out my room. She'll never cease to surprise me. I'd like it to stay that way.

I got up stretching head over and pulling out my outfit. An off the shoulders brown long sleeve shirt. And lightly ripped black jeans. With light brown boots to balance out the outfit. I felt good as I walked out heading down the stairs I loved them and being a magical princess of Y/K and having to fight The twins and celebrating with smoothies and collecting gems for the crown. Is so much fun! But sometimes I just wanna run away. Don't get me wrong I love it but I sometimes wanna just live a normal life.

"Y/N?" I mean like I could be a normal girl but then I'd miss being a princess but-
"Earth to Y/n, you there?" Iris called out. "CHESSE AND CACKERS Y/N!!!!" Ariana yelled catching my attention.
"Holy Jesus! Don't scare me like that"
"Well you weren't answering" Ariana said pushing a plate with waffles topped with peanut butter and syrup. ( A/N sorry if you don't like peanut butter but I adore it on waffles just me ok!)

I ate my breakfast thanking Ariana. I was gonna head out when I heard a deep morning voice.
"Good morning everyone" I turned around to see Nathaniel there stretching out. His hair was messy and fluffy. He walked over to iris lightly kissing her cheek her face flushing as he did the gesture. She then hugged him lightly.

"I am gonna head out to the forest nice place to relax and just practice magic without being seen." I said grabbing my bag and my hair clip and heading out as they waved me goodbye.

I just grabbed my bike and biked into the forest finally feeling hidden enough I sighed as I sat down.

"Crystal Wave" I said

Suddenly the trees around me lit up as magic flew through them all coming back out into a majestic wave. Flowing around me as I danced around the waves. I ended up going deeper into the woods then I intended. Causing me to see Mephisto? I watched as he played with crystals like darts as he threw them at the tree like it was a dart board.

He groaned as the darts kept missing " Ugh Praxina is never gonna let me plan and it's not fair I have great ideas I'm the amazing mephisto right?" He stopped throwing the darts and stood up looking around. "I know your there princess show yourself!"

I sighed as I stepped out into his field of vision as he got into a protective stage as he held some sot-a starting spell.

"Woah! Clam down! I haven't come to hurt you! I'm just here to escape my responsibilities for a little while.... hey why are you here?"I asked as I cautiously stepped forward towards Mephisto.

He sighed and sat down on the ground in defeat as he threw his last dart on the target. " I come here to relive my stress and when I'm haveing a fight with Praxina. I just don't feel like I'm heard at times."

I looked at him with a sense of sympathy as I walked over to where he was and sat down next to him. I smiled lightly and held out my hand.

"Yeah I get it working with the girls is fun don't get me wrong it's just sometimes I want to......"

"Escape?" Mephisto replied finishing my sentence. I nodded at his reply and sighed as I sat down close to him. "Hey I never really got your name... can I know it?" I watched as Mephisto looked at me in the eyes as he waited for my response.

"Sure names Y/N, and it's very nice to meet you Mephisto." I said smiling lightly

He smiled lightly and looked at me "Thanks maybe we can have some sorta truice? We can still pretend we're enemies I just would want you to maybe be my friend?" He held out his hand and I took it into mine as we shook our hands and we both dusted ourselves off as we stood up.

"Well I should get going I don't want the girls to start to worry about me." He nodded and walked up really close to me cause my checks to dust light pink blush. He smiled blushing lightly too as he pulled me into a hug. Making me hug him back and smile.

"Goodbye Mephisto!" He nodded and waved goodbye.

"Bye Y/N and thanks for the talk!!!" He smiled and chucked lightly as he walked over to the tree grabbing the darts and continuing to throw them again. I ran out the forest and grabbed my bike and rode back to the house. I couldn't wait to see him again.....
