I walked out of the planetarium with Hiyori by my side. We worked the same shift today and planned on walking together to a tea shop after work. Hiyori was extremely excited. A new tea shop was just opened that was supposed to carry an array of foreign teas and coffees.
She couldnt stop talking about it all day today.
As we walked out the doors a feint pain touched my temple. The once clear sky filled with black clouds.
Heavy drops of rein poured from the sky.
Hiyori looked deflated "It wasnt supposed to rain today."

Ignoring the pain i tried to smile at her and swung my backpack off my shoulder, "I have an umbrella".

As we walked, the headache began to fade and the sky began to clear. By the time we reached the tea shop the rain had completely disappeared.

King's P.O.V.
In the Heavens

Zyglavis burst through the doors to the throne room, a serious look on his face. "Sire, There is a disturbance on Earth!"

Hmm, I tried to look interested but I was sure that what ever it was wouldnt be too much for the Minister of the Department of Punishments to handle. "What kind of disturbance Zyglavis?"

"Sire, it appears that the Goddess of Fate has been reborn as a human and her powers are begining to leak out and effect the balance on Earth."

My eyes narrowed. This may actually be interesting.

I had grown bored in the Heavens. With the gods of Punishments and Wishes taking care of the basic running of Earth and the Under Realm under control there was nothing for me to actually do.

I walked with Zyglavis to the reflecting pool in his room and cast my hand over the clear water.

A sudden storm swirled through a city, appearing to follow a woman. Though she smiled her eyes were pained.

Was this storm connected to her pain?

As i watched the look on her face change the storm began to recede.

There is my answer.

This was a minor disturbance but the problem would grow worse. This would need to be delt with as soon as possible. "Zyglavis, I will leave this human to you".

Back on Earth

Hiyori and I parted ways outside the tea shop. As i was heading home along the rain slick sidewalks the sky opened up again. Water poured blindingly down just as began to cross the street.
Suddenly the sound of scretching tires sounded in the air. A car was hurtling towards me, lights off, unable to stop on the wet road.

This is it.

Im going to die.

Just as I accepted my fate a flash of light surrounded me.

Lightening?

The car that had been hurdeling toward me spun out of control, missing me entirely and hitting a lamp post. I rushed over to see if the driver and any passengers were hurt.

Thank goodness. They only hit the back end of the car and all three people were wearing seatbelts. No one was injured

"I am so sorry" the driver began to appolgize and explain, "my lights just shut off, i didnt see you till it was too late."
