Through life there is darkness;
Though we may not see it like a mocking jay as it sings;
It is always there to get us;
A predator hunting, watching, waiting for it's prey;
The darkness though not seen is there;
Haunting our dreams making our hearts beat agianst their chests,
We live with the darkness and think it is but a chip;
Upon our shoulder but we are proven wrong;
Once the darkness pounces sinking it's fangs an claws
Into us we may scream but no one will hear the call for help;
Though no one of heart may hear us;
The darkness can with it's sly grin of a Cheshire cat,
The darkness may only wink our dieing breath away,
With no one but the darkness to hear;
The darkness with it's winks and sly grins are only,
Mockery to some of us; but to others it's thier worst nightmare;
Come true to them, they would want to scream but no one will hear them;
Because the darkness has already swallowed them whole,
With nothing but a burp blocking thier screams within it's belly
