Chapter 1

 You are probably wondering, "What is this?" or "Huh??" Well, let me explain.

A long time ago, there was a celestial god named Valentina. She was slowly dying. One day, when she was thinking, she wanted to provide help before she died. So Valentina gave everyone on the planet her powers and the many generations to come.

Everything was normal until the 3rd generation. One person didn't get a star. That person is me. My name is Alaska Young and this is how my life was very different from other people.
It all started when I was born. Everyone looks normal when they are just born, so no one figured it out.
When I was 5, I felt invisible to my parents. They never pay any attention to me. When It was my birthday, they forgot. But, the real nightmare started when I was in middle school.

When I went to school one day, the teacher told all of us to reveal our star power.

There are 5 types of stars. The ProtoStar, the common type. This is when you do not get that much power as the other star powers. The Power for the Protostar is moving gravity. Like, for example, you can make gravity so heavy that people get squished or the opposite.

The next star power is called Red Dwarf. It is very common but more powerful than the last one. The power for this is lightning. You can summon lightning on people or next to people. It can also work on objects.

The White Dwarf is uncommon and more powerful than the Red Dwarf. The White Dwarf can shrink and grow anything. Objects, Humans, Animals, Etc...

The T-Tauri Star power is rare. It can summon 2 Red Dwarf stars to help them attack. It can be upgraded, like all the other powers.

The last star power you can get is the Giant Star. This is very rare. It can summon a dark black hole to suck ANYTHING in. Even light. It starts very small, but, if you train, you get to suck more things in.

There is another star power, but, it is so rare that only one person even had that power. The more powerful you are, the longer you live. So if you're weak, the most you live up to is 100 years.

  

"Okay, class! Everyone get in a line!" The teacher said. We all got in line to turn on our powers. We all went, I was last because I was very nervous. When the teacher called on me, my whole world went blank.

I was so worried I couldn't even respond to Mrs. Ashley. "I-I-I-I-I.." The bell rang.

I quickly grabbed my stuff and ran out in the hallway. I was walking to my locker, half lost in thought when someone bumped into me.

"Sorry!" I took a good 2 seconds to even process the accident. "Huh? O-Oh, It's okay." She helped me up while trying to grab my things. I looked at her, and, she was really pretty.

She had jet black hair with blue-gray tips. Her eyes were so dark that I think she had black eyes. She was pretty tall. I have white hair with orange tips and green eyes. She is way more beautiful than me.

"Hello? Hello? Can you hear me??" I snap back into reality and notice she is talking to me.

"O-h I- Uhm-" She laughed. "I'm Miracle! I have T-Taris star powers! What's yours?" "...I don't know yet." I was kinda worried. I didn't want her to know. "That's okay! I want you to meet someone! Meet me at the school entrance!!"

I was excited. I haven't made a friend in a while so I wanted to just skip this day and meet her at the entrance. OH NO. I'M LATE TO CLASS.
***End of the day***

So much homework... I wish school could just end- "HEY!! YOU GIRL! OVER HERE!!!!!" I jumped and looked at the person screaming. Oh, I forgot about the meeting. I quickly ran up to her and breathed heavily. "You made it! I thought you forgot about it! Anyways, meet Yeong-jun."

He went out of his hiding spot and stood in front of me. He had jet black hair and purple eyes. I had to admit he looked adorable.

"This is my step-cousin. He has those really rare purple eyes, doesn't he?" I looked up at him and looked. He did. "Hello. Nice to meet you, miss-" "Alaska, Alaska Young."
