My name is (Y/n), both of my parents died trying to save me. I live alone and once and awhile my cousin Neito Monoma comes to visit me. He is the only who believes that I can become a hero. He would check up on me to see how I was doing and to see how I was doing with the rent. If I was short on the rent he would help me out with it. He only lives a couple of houses down the street, and yes I know I could live with him but the rest of his family doesn't believe that I can become a hero. So that is why I told him I was better on living by myself, which he understood, but one day he stopped coming to visit. I was worried about what might have happened to him. I was turning sixteen tomorrow, so I was a little sad that Neito wasn't going to be here to celebrate. I don't have many friends, I just have Izuku and Kacchan, but I dought that they will remember it is my birthday.
* the next day*
I woke up to my alarm, telling me it is time to go to the gym, so I get out of bed shut the alarm off, then went to get dressed, and then headed to the gym. When I got to the gym I saw a boy with blonde spiky hair, I knew who he was, that was Kacchan. I opened the gym doors and walked up to him to say hi.
"Hey, Kacchan!"
I said, he turned around and when he saw me and not Izuku, he didn't yell and scream, instead, he stayed calm.
"Hey, (Y/n). Happy Birthday."
Not gonna lie I thought he forgot.
"T-thanks, you wanna work out with me?"
"Yeah, I was just about to start,"
As we started he started doing pushups, and I did pull-ups after we helped each other doing situps.
*After training*
"So (Y/n) what do you want to do today?"
"I wanna go to the arcade and beat your butt on the dance game,"
"You are on,"
We continued to the arcade and headed straight to the dance game, we stared and the first round I beat him but after that, he won the next one. We went to the claw machine and I tried to get the All Might plushie, and Eraser Head plushie. But I didn't get them, I got sad at first and Kacchan saw this, but I just said to forget it, so we could go get lunch. I was walking away to the food bar when I heard an explosion, ad saw Kacchan walking over to me holding an All Might, and Eraser Head plushies. I ran up to him hugged him and said thank you, and then we got some food, talked for a bit and then he took me home. On the way home a villain appeared, and before we both could react the villain pulled me towards him and held a knife to my throat, and told Kaccha to back off, or he would hurt me. Kacchan did as the villain said not wanting to have me get hurt.
"Hey, you wanna know what today is?"
"What?"
"The day you won't get away,"
Once I said this he still had me in his hold and his grip tightened, but he took the knife from my throat to my leg. He slowly starting to push the knife into my leg, I wanted to scream in pain but he put his hand over my mouth. Just when he was done pushing the knife into my leg, the Pro's showed up and he dropped me ad Kacchan ran over to me while the villain was fighting All Might. Kacchan and I had to wait until they got the villain and they had to talk with about what happened. After they talked to us they let us go, Kacchan didn't want me home alone after what just happened so he took me to his house. When we got to his house his mom yelled at him for being late and then stopped when she aw me.
"Oh, hello, I don't think I have seen you around here before,"
"Oh, I am (Y/n) I am Kacchan's friend,"
"Oh, so you are the one Katsuki keeps talking about, Omg dear you are bleeding."
"Yeah, but you don't need to worry about that."
I blushed, he talks about me, I looked at him and saw he was blushing from embarrassment. He took my hand and dragged me up to his room, where we spent the rest of the night, tomorrow was the entrance exam, so it was a good thing that my gym clothes were the clothes that I was going to wear to the entrance exams. I would just take a shower first.
"Hey Kacchan"
"Yes, (Y/n)?"
"Do you think I could take a shower tonight? and maybe borrow a shirt for the night?"
I blushed at the thought of being in one of Kacchan's shirts. I looked at him and saw that he was slightly blushing as well.
"Yeah, just let me get you a shirt."
He got me a shirt it was a plain black shirt with a white skull on it. I took it from him and walked to the bathroom.
*After My shower.*
"Thanks, Kacchan, for the shirt."
He looked at me and blushed when he was me in his shirt.
Kacchan's pov
When I saw (Y/n) in one of my shirts, I couldn't help but blush, it was too big for her since I was taller. She walked over to her gym bag and put her clothes in it, and when she bent over I could see the black underwear, that she had on. I blushed hard but looked away when she stood back up and walked over to my bed, she sat next to me. She laid down and fell asleep, I fell asleep soon after, having the entrance exams tomorrow.
*The Next Day At The School*
(Y/n)'s pov
As I walked to U.A with Kacchan, I heard someone calling his name, I knew it was Izuku, speaking of did he forget my birthday? I turned around and he looked at me confused on who I was, he turned to face Kacchan.
"H-Hey Kacchan, who is t-that?"
Did he seriously forget who I was?
"Deku do you seriously forget your childhood friend?"
"K-Kacchan w-what do you mean?"
"This is (Y/n), she protected you when I got too cocky when I got my quirk!" Kacchan was getting mad now and I could tell.
"Kacchan, calm down it is okay. Let's just head to school."
I said as I turned around grabbed Kacchan's hand ad walked off to U.A.
*At U.A for the entrance exams*
Thoughts were going through my head that was along the lines saying what if I don't get in? What if I don't get enough points? I was interrupted from my thoughts when I felt a tap o my shoulder, I turned my head to see Kacchan.
"Yes?"
"Can I sit with you?"
"Yeah sure, why not."
I smiled at him while he sat down. Just as he did one of the teachers started talking about the exams, so I was paying attention. I could tell Kacchan was paying attention as well, cause he had the look that he has when he is concentrated.
