MARIGOLD MITTEN, quickly learned that life wasn't just magic and pixie dust. If asked to describe herself, she wouldn't say materialistic, but that's exactly what she could be. half-blood was she; with a mother who wished she had a son and a wizard father who cared for work more than his own child. You could say life wasn't always exciting for Marigold and she'd often prefer to be alone. Especially after being hexed by a random girl in her 2nd year due to a jealousy of the girls radiance. Adjusting to being a wizard was quite hard if you'd ask Mari, forgetting spells or homework and getting P's in some subjects.

MARIGOLD WASN'T ONE TO TALK, and often heard chatter about boys by the name of Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy. Draco was a pure-blood which she learned quickly was superior to Muggle-Born's and half-bloods (or at least in his eyes). She'd also had a couple of run ins with the boy, like when he had accidentally hit her in the shin with a quidditch ball. The two are just acquaintances. Nothing more nothing less, but Mari starts to become curious with his attitudes while others may think " it's just Draco being Draco" Marigold challenged that thought. Many said to stay away and leave it alone but could she?

HERE WAS THE PROBLEM, times were changing and it was time to pay the karmic dues. Marigold left the Herbology class with a book that she assumed belonged to her, but it didn't. Panic soon arose in the blonde as the book can belong to anybody and that anybody could tear the girl to shreds. Marigold only getting far enough to reading the "this belongs to page" and her day couldn't get bloody worse. The book belonging to an infamous Slytherin and she certainly didn't want to read it. Catching him at the right time in the right place would be a difficult task. She now entered a game of curiosity and the cat; but the cat gets killed by curiosity.

I made the gifs for Marigold  as the faceclaim I chose had like 1 gif so I had tried them out and I hope they don't look messy !! I didn't create the one for Draco's faceclaim though !!

hello !! Just a heads up that this is a slight au !! and will take place during the fourth year/ fourth book.

It will be following the events of the book and movie which I'm trying to organize so it unfolds nicely !! This will also be a slowburn so the relationship might not move super duper quick.

THIS STORY WILL MOST LIKELY BE EDITED *overtime !! from time to time if there is something I grow to dislike or I think ruins the story I might take it out or rearrange it
