The double Date

  
"A double chocolate chip frap for me please."

"Make that two!" My best friend Mason yelled as he entered the cafe.

"Two Double chocolate chip fraps please." I say as I hand the woman my debit card.

I go and find a table, a two seater one near the back.Mason obnoxiously stomped over and sat down across.

"Yo Owen how was your game yesterday?"

He was referring to my cheerleading at the basketball game.And no that's not gay.

"It was good, still salty my team didn't come and cheer at your football game?"

"No I'm not that salty- woah Owen look."
Mason interrupted his own sentence to point and two very beautiful girls who looked 20, which is our age.Both girls had black hair, one had short and one had long.The shorter haired girl had beautiful dark brown eyes while the other had lighter brown eyes.

"We have to talk to them." before I could say a word Mason had grabbed my hand a brought me over to the girls. We sat at a 4 seater table and each sat across from a girl.

Both the girls just looked at us with weird expressions on their faces.

  "Hi?"

   "Well hello there!" Mason said finally letting my hand go.

   "I'm Mason this is Owen." He motioned his hands towards me so I decided to awkwardly wave.

  "Well I'm Merida, and this is Abby." The short black haired girl spoke.Her voice was deeper but it was quite beautiful.

  The four us talked for quite some time no one was really flirting, usually Mason is the flirty one but he was just acting friendly.

  "So, do you two wanna go on a double date with us?"Mason asked the ladies.

  "Oh we would love to, me and Merida haven't had anyone to go with so it'll be fun."

  "Why don't us four meet here again then, go out bowling." I decided to have a say in the conversation.

We talked a while longer then went our separate ways after we exchanged numbers.Mason was driving me home like he always does.

  "So Owen when are you going to actually get your drivers license?" Mason said as he punched my arm.

"When I can pass the test." I said punching his arm back.

"Darn guess I'll be driving you around forever."

   "Yeah whatever"
