Someone is waking me up from my sleep and I didn't like it a bit. Noises! Is it a witch mantra chanting above me? Who is that disturbing me when I clearly said I need a peaceful sleep for a century, who could be that brave witches to awake a princess of vampires. Witches mantras getting louder and louder and I can feel my body responding towards it. Within a few seconds my eyes fluttered open to see the wooden board above me. I broke the coffin, I was in and came out to see no one just I was surrounded by dense trees. Hunger strikes me suddenly and I saw many bowls which was little far from my reach and I can smell blood in them, without thinking I grabbed and emptied all the bowls which was kept in the ground.
"Sister" I heard a familiar voice, I turned to see a tall figure coming towards my direction. "Brother!" I half yelled. My brother Micah Ashdown woke me up from my peaceful sleep "Explain me Micah, why did you wake me up when I said I need a sleep?", "Dear sister, you need to calm down. You been sleeping for past three centuries and it's really important you to get awake now" micah said in his calm town and I realised I slept for more centuries than required.
"Shall we go home, dear sister?" he asked me nicely, usually he doesn't. I nodded at him and he leads the way in a forest where they kept me in a coffin three centuries back. "What about this place, I broke the coffin, " I asked my brother. "The witches will take care of it, not to worry" he said. The moon was bright and gave me enough light to see the path. After a few minutes of the walk, we reached the roadside.
"Umm.. Micah! What is that giant vehicle?" I saw a sleek white vehicle with four wheels stopped at the road where the car is to be parked.

"This is 21st century's car" Micha said proudly. "Shall we get in?" He asked. The car door opened weirdly and Micha asked me to sit in the seat by lowering my upper body and bending my knees slightly. I did as he says and got into the car, Micha went to the driver's seat and started the engine, he normally don't drive cars until 18th century as far as I remember. Something had changed after all these years. "So, how you feeling now?" Micha asked me. "Feeling new" I told him after seeing the 21st century's car. "I have a news for you, dear sister, " he says grimly "what is it?" I asked him. " Do you know why did I wake you up from sleep through the witches" he asked me. "May be I am sleeping too much in the coffin?" I said "I tried to wake you up two centuries back, but you didn't budge so I have to hire witches from witch kingdom and woke you up" he said.
We have separate dimensions. Vampires, werewolves shared same territories in the same dimensions and witches, faeries and humans are in separate different dimensions while demons rule the underworld. "I can pay you back, I know witches are expensive" I told him where he looks irritated. "You are getting married Emerald" Micha said. Suddenly the car becomes my favourite and my annoying brother too, I felt happy. I wanted to stop the car and run as much as I could, I want to see him, it's been centuries, he is going to be mine. I finally got my voice back to thank my brother"thank you Micha! I don't know how did you managed to do so.." Micha cut me off in middle "Emerald! This is not what you think! You are not marrying Erebus. He is long gone! You should stop thinking about him again and again!" He said. What is he blathering about?
Trees are passing away in a blur and I couldn't understand anything my brother says. "We have got into some serious problem from last year, " he said without eyeing me. I remained silent, "we got rogues attack and it is really hard to sustain those attacks" Micha said with worrying eyes. "Is our family doing good?" I asked him picnicking "yes, we all are fine but not normal vampires, there are many vampires got attacked and buildings got demolished by them" he says. " Those wolves!" I said, gritting my teeth "it's not them Emerald! The rogue is something I mentioned was different, they had a wolf's head with pale vampire body, it is like they been attacking out of nowhere, It doesn't speak, it just kills or demolish whatever it sees" Micah said terror in his voice.
Those things I never heard of it. What it could be? Werewolves rogue used to attack vampire clans as well as vampire rogues do the same to wolves. Sometimes they attack their own species, but this sounds entirely different. "So, you see Emerald, unlike us, werewolves don't have a king and queen only they live in their packs and the packs were ruled by their alphas" he says "yes, I knew that very well" I listened to him carefully, because I have no idea what it should do to my Marriage "five years back they decided to pick a werewolf as a king, so they thought all the packs can unite under his control" he says and the car slow down a bit. "Good for them" I said not caring about the further details as I got little bored.
"And they picked a werewolf called Ewan stone horn from the stonehorn pack after he won a king competition, which they been conducting for the past four years" he said with raised eyebrows. "He spent four years, worth for being a king of werewolves, but the pack name sound little familiar to me." I told him. " You have a history with them, you killed some of their ancestors" he reminds me and he continued, "In between the rogues got into the problem and we both territories got affected very badly, " he then continued "if we two creatures unite each other we can able to trust each other and it will be easy for us to work together live longer and get rid of the werewolves" Micha said hopefully. "I am not good with werewolves, so you vampires go along with them while I will try to protect the kingdom with my very own team" I told him sternly. He breathed out heavily, "you cannot do that because without your permission and with every one's permission, we decided to arrange a Marriage between you and soon to be king Ewan" he told me and I my temper got raised.
"Why me? I realised Erebus is not coming back, but why I must marry Ewan?" I yelled at my brother. "Because you are the pure blood and you can give the blood to the witches where they will add spell and transfer it to Ewan, he can live long and young like us" he informed. "I can give my blood, but not marrying him" I told him curtly. "He is going to be the king soon, he cannot marry a normal vampire girl, " he said "we have an elder sister Ruby Ashdown and I believe she understands the situation very well than me, so why not here?" I asked him. He kept few seconds silent before replying to me. "Ruby got married to our knight Alex a century back, now she is pregnant" he said "what? Alex! How could she? May be he is strongly a bit for a knight, but he doesn't look good" I sound very disappointed.
"Emerald! We are going to reach the palace soon, take rest sometime and we will have family time tonight and tomorrow night will be your engagement day" he informed me arrogantly. "I have no other option" I asked him with little hope. "Do not make our parents fail, they have got more trust on you now. Be a good child Emerald, As much as I remember you never made them proud. I hope you will make them proud of marrying him and help us" his voice become so cold. I didn't want to reply. I watched as the car entered the town and I can able to see new buildings and some buildings were broken some were burnt.
