I run downstairs, unlock the door walk out side lock it again then I see adam waiting outside his car for me.
I walk over to him
"Hey baby, ready for the movie" he said

We both get in the car and put on our seatbelts
As adam starts driving I kind of zone out thinking about how much time has passed since my mom died, she was a really nice person and she didn't deserve to die.
Dads always working and Diana is usually there for me... but I still wish I had a mom, to talk to and prepare me for the world
