His voice scared the hell out of me, "Do it, you filthy bitch, fucking shoot me, or I go upstairs and trail that little bint out of her crib by the hair..."
I lift the gun, aim, -shoot, you can do it...no I can't,-
I start shaking, then the tears come.

He re-enters, this time holding the three year old Rosie by her dirty blonde hair, he places the knife at her throat.

Rosie, who has been quiet so far, starts screaming, I can see the first droplets of blood mixing with her frightened tears as he pushes the knife into her neck.

I gather my daughter in my arms as the sirens wail, great timing.....
