"I hate you! I never wanted to be here in the first place!" The young female ran out of the den, sobbing and never looking back. Peck was no ordinary wolf. She was part of the constellions, a group of ancient wolves that had much power. Peck never knew about her power because her parents were very quiet about sharing it to her, as they did not want her to be scared, nor did they want her to abuse her powers. Of course, Peck always questioned the wings she had, which nobody else had and her parents had to lie to her. She never truly knew what the secret behind all of it was.

"Peck! Come back!" Her parents yelped. But Peck did not return. She ran deep in the woods, and never returned back. Scared, and trembling, Peck trotted through the woods to find a place to rest for the night. Memories and flash backs running through her mind as she cries herself to sleep and clinches her fur tightly as the night breeze fluently runs across the night sky.

The Next Day
*Yawn*
"I really did this... I really left home." Peck started walking in the woods trying to find a way into the fields of yellow stone valley. "I'm starving. I need to find some elk.. Or maybe even a rabbit." Peck started running until she found a opening into a big open prairie. Streams everywhere, and lots of elk towards the East. "I guess I can get some water to start up my hunting. I never really hunted without my parents before.. But it can't be that hard!" Peck brushed herself off and traveled to get some water. "This water is so fresh and delicious!" Peck smiled. "Living on my own can't be that bad. I think my parents taught me enough to know how to survive. But hasn't told me enough to know who I truly am.." Peck sighed. But carried on with her hunting."Look at all the elk!" Peck pulled up to a huge group of elk along with the leader, who her parents told her to never face and to never try to hunt. But Peck decided to ignore them. "My parents lied to me too much. Maybe they lied about this being that bad and maybe there's a reward in return to defeating the leader! It mustn't be that hard!" Peck ran up to the leader of the elk group. Peck attacked in from the back and dug her claws in the Elk leaders back. The elk leader was no match for Peck. Instead he head butted her in the side and left her bleeding as his antlers left a huge gap. She saw darkness everywhere and couldn't get a perfect image of anything. The elk group vanished. In the blink of an eye, Peck was in a den and no longer bleeding. She looked around, but was too blurry for her to get a perfect image. She looked up and saw a face."Hi! My name is Night Star! What's yours?"
