Y/n's POV
"Y/n? You're back?" Mike asked, amazed.

"Holy shit, y/n's back," Lucas said.

"Y/n!" Dustin called, running over to hug me.

"Who's she?" a dark haired girl asked.

"I'm y/n. Who are you?"

"El."

"This is Eleanor?" I questioned, pointing at her.

"Yeah," Mike said, laughing nervously.

"Oh. Who's this?" I pointed at the redhead in the room.

"I'm Max," she greeted, holding out her hand.

I reluctantly shook it.

For the past hour, we had discussed how we all ended up here, different ways to defeat the demogorgons, and our time in the Upside Down.

Max seemed alright, but I wasn't sure about El. She had practically taken them away from me. I shook my head, clearing my mind. Looking out of the window, I remembered the days we would play D&D in Castle Byers.

"Can I see Castle Byers? I wanna see how much it's changed," I said happily.

The group looked at Will. He looked up at me, sheepishly.

"What? What happened to Castle Byers?"

"Will, you better explain this one," Lucas suggested, standing up and motioning the rest of the group to follow.

"Will?" I asked as the rest of the group left the room.

"I-I...I destroyed it," he confessed, looking down.

"What?" I muttered, unable to believe what he had said.

I walked out of his house and into the forest where Castle Byers was. I frowned as broken logs and sticks were scattered among the ground.

"What? W-Why would you do that?"

Will came up behind me. "I-I got so angry with everything. Mike. Lucas. The whole group. N-No one wanted to play D&D with me anymore. They were too busy sucking faces with each other," he explained, glaring at Mike, who had come up behind him.

"Sucking faces?" I whispered to myself. I turned around, facing the group.

"Wait...so, you-" I noticed how close Mike and El were and how close Lucas and Max were.

"So, you guys are dating," I said, pointing at the couples. "Dustin, what about you?"

"Oh, I'm with Suzie," he replied, smiling.

"Dustin has a girlfriend?" I said in awe.

"Yes, is it really that hard to believe?" he retorted, crossing his arms.

"And Will, you..." I mumbled, pointing at him. "Oh."

I looked over at him, seeing his hurt expression. I hugged him.

"How about we rebuild Castle Byers?" I asked, releasing him from the hug.

He smiled before nodding softly.

After rebuilding Castle Byers, we decided to play some D&D.

We need information.

Goosebumps appeared on my arms. With the little hairs raised, my stomach felt like it was turned inside out.

Will noticed the sudden change in my behavior.

"Y/n, hey," he said, putting a hand on my shoulder. "Are you okay?"

"I-I...um sorry. I uh, need to go," I replied, standing up.

"Wait, but y/n-" he called after me, getting up as well.

"I-I'm sorry Will."

I ran out of Castle Byers, heading toward the abandoned warehouse I was in this morning.
