I got to my room a took out my cell phone then dialed Damon. "Rose did you get any info?" He asked me. "Yes they attack every Monday and then an hour later they come back after regrouping. We can't count on them because the strigoi has been doing more damage to them, so I'm going to need a team down here." I told him. "Okay Rosemarie what is today?" he asked me. "Tuesday." I told him. "Okay we will have a team there before Monday." He told me and I hung up. I took a swig of gin and blood then put on my black shorts and black tank top. I was about to go to sleep when there was a rapid knock on my door. "Ugh go away!" I groaned. "Rose its me!" Lissa said. I walked over and opened the door. "Come inside." I said to Lissa, Christian, and Adrian. I sat down on my bed and they sat on chairs. "So what do you need?" I asked them. "What do we need?!? You just came back after a year and are as lifeless as a piece of wood!" she exclaimed. "Shh shh don't get loud. The reason I'm lifeless is because I need to be to survive, and the blood I drink alters my personality." I told her. "You drink blood? What are you?" she asked me. "I'm what you made me to be!" I yelled at her. Adrian and Christian just watched our banter. "What do you mean?" she asked in a small voice. "Did I ask to be brought back to life? Everything was so easy when I was dead. There was no violence or pain, or sadness! And when you brought me back everything was hard, and I realized how hard life really was!" I yelled at her and broke down crying. "I just want it to be over." I sobbed. Lissa hugged me and the guys left, to give us some privacy. "I'm so sorry Rose!" Lissa cried. I continued to cry and fell asleep. I heard Lissa walk out and close the door. A few minutes later the door opened again but I didn't hear foot steps. I knew instantly that it was Dimitri. "Roza are you awake?"his soft voice asked me. "No." I said turning over to look at him and I gave a small smile. "Were you crying?" He asked me. "Yes everything is so hard here, and hey I'm mad at you! You can't just turn on the charm and expect me to forgive you!" I told him. "Ya I know, but I will spend eternity trying to make up for it." He told me. "Its impossible to stay mad at you." I sighed. Dimitri laied down next to me and we wrapped our arms around each other. We fell asleep in each others arms and for the first night I slept without bad dreams.
