Was a usual waking machanism as mom came shouting upstairs to pull as out of our warm, cosy beds. I already felt like talking about 5minutes of more sleep but, today was Becca's turn to persuade mom to leave us for a little longer into our beds. I listened. Was she gonna chicken out?
Mom, shut up and give us five more minutes Becca shouted.
Bad move. I could hear mom stopping on the stairs. Probably to think of a good way to get as really out of bed.

Wow, Donna didn't sleep well. Silance, and mom turned around and went down stairs. Well, time to get up I guess. I sat up in my bed and reached out for my phone. It had a email from the one and only male in the family. Sky had written a short email. Damn. Even tho I had to run I clicked on the email and read it fast.

I am so sorry. I really am. I need you to know that I love all of you no matter what but... I can't come home next week. I don't know when I'll be home. No idea. Please tell Rebecca, Donna and mom and ask them not to kill me when I'll come home.

Oh shit. He pushed coming home again? And I'm dead fish, I thought as I noticed the time. I need to sit and be depressed today because, the only person who understands me never comes home. God, Sky, I really hate you. But fine. I'll write back in the car. I got up and pulled my pants and shirt on. Screw the uniform. I grabbed my pack bag and rushed down. For my surprise mom had left food and went back to bed. Becca was already there.
Cereal or sandwiches? Becca asked as she noticed me.
Idk. Hey, we need to talk... I started.
Ok, what is it? Damn, she's cheerful.
Umm... Sky won't come home next week. I got a message this morning.
Becca was quiet for a minute and then got up.
I'll go get Donna. And I'll tell mom.
Alright I said, wishing to help Becca tell mom. Donna won't be happy but not sad either. She loves her brother but not enough to be sad. When Becca left I made myself cereal, and sat down. Donna came downstairs a moment later. We didn't say anything to each other. Becca came 5minutes later. We finished eating and got into my car. We drive always 50 minutes to school.

She has been so annoying lately. Literally I check my phone and she start crying and missing Sky like crazy. Like I'm the sister, and the best friend. I should be reacting like that. Like wtf? So I usually just say, oh mom asked me to be home by now. Got to go, bye. So yea. Annoying. But you should really talk to your girlfriend. You are still in a relationship right? Well if it's loose or if you want to end it then please do. Please. She is acting like I'm her sister. Sorry but I already have 2 sisters. Not enough room for another sis. I still could hear Donna typing as she also sent her love. Then she said sent. Good. I thought turning on the radio to waste time as for the fact that otherwise there will be a 30 minute awkward pause. Not good for me.
