Once upon a time in a world not the best. A not so happy girl lived in a mansion with her family. She never really felt at home with her family so one day she decided to escape from her ‘perfect life’ as many others have put. She decided to run into town, she was dressed in all black and her hair was up in a neat high ponytail. As she walked around she heard many people talking about a haunted island near the shore that no one goes to. She thought it was the perfect place to hide from her family and the world until she is ready to fully leave so she went to ask some of the towns people. After about an hour of asking about it she found out that it was a two day journey to get to the island. She decided to head back home and get her stuff ready before her parents woke up.
Once she was home she looked at a clock on the wall and noticed that her parents were most likely awake by now. RIght as she was about to reach her room she heard her mom call her name, “Serenity, come here now” she said strictly. “Yes mother” I responded and walked toward her and father. As I walk into the room she walks up to me and smacks me right across the face. “WHERE WERE YOU?” She yelled right in my face. “I went to the village.” I stated already knowing what was going to happen. “LOOKING LIKE THAT?! REALLY?! SERENITY VON CROWT, WE RAISED YOU BETTER THAN THIS!” She yelled again but this time I didn't say anything. “Just, go to your room, I am very disappointed in you young lady.” She finished and sat back down. Once she was done yelling at me, I bowed and walked calmly to my room.
