Amanda's POV
"So what are you going to sing for us today Amanda?" Cher Lloyd asked as i entered the stage with my new song prepared in my mind.
"Slow down by selena gomez." I replied as i took a deep breath.I closed my eyes as let the music take me away as soon as the beats started playing.Soon, my nerves began to ease and i was giving my all outwith in a few seconds.I did not dare to open my eyes and look at the reaction of the crowd and the judges, especially Simon Cowell.He is the hardest one to please.I was afraid that when i open my eyes this wonderful feeling will be gone like a sweet dream. Through out he whole song, i made sure i hit every not correctly so that Simon won't have a chance to pull me down.
"Yea baby slow down the song!" I sang as i came to the end of the song.Aderline was rushing through my body and my heart was thumping hard against my chest.I was shocked when i saw the whole audience giving me a standing ovation. Was i that good?I calmed myself down before the judes coulod vote and go on with their comments.
"You were astonishing today.Your dress...your song selection...and most of all your voice.It was wonderful. But... you still need to work on your voice strength.Sometimes your voice becomes a little weak.So work on that and keep it up."Cher Lloyd beamed as the judges took turn to vote.I gave her a cheeky smile and looked at Simon, whop was looking rather....blank.I gulped as he took the microphone in his hand.
"Amanda, you have literally proved me wrong.Last week i told you that you were one of the weak contestants in the show but i am so sorry i said that to you.You just came out of your shell today, keep that up." Simon smiled as he winked at the last part of the comment.I was so happy when he said that i was improving.With three yeses from the judges i made my down the stage.My room mate cum best friend, Emma saw me as i exited the stage.She engulfed me in a bone crushing hug.
"You were amazing out there." Amy complimented.
"Thank you, i am so relived, Simon said i was improving so that means i made some serious improvements."
"Haha, yea u did.Anyway, we got to hurry.All contestants are supposed to be assembled in the kitchen for some announcements by seven....which is in five minutes."She said while looking at ther watch.
"Why?" i shot her a quizzical look but she dodged as usual.Simon did not tell us meeting up in the kitchen to me.Non the less, we both headed down to the kitchen that was already half filled with chefs and contestants.Mouth watering smell of Chinese exotic cuisine filled the air in the kitchen. I am so hungry.
"Hi guys, do you know why we are all gathered here in the kitchen?"Cher Lloyd started as the judges walked into the kitchen.Soon enough, she gained all the attention of the contestants.Suspense was filling the air, and i hate suspense.It makes me go all giddy.
"We have decided that we would bring a famous band or a singer to live with us through live shows.This is the first time we are doing this in the whole history of X factor.We really hope this would help, please make good use of it."Louis continued as he scanned the crowd.Squeals were heard from a group of girls and roars from the boys.
"We will be having One direction with us through out the live shows."Simon concluded.As soon as Simon said one direction, roars and cheers broke out in the room.Excitement was filled in the air.I could not believe myself.Did i forget to say that i am a die-heart fan of one direction?Well, yes i am and do you think i can handle this news well?Ofcourse not,I am going to freak out from this moment on wards, every second.

"Lou... get off me!Let me sleep!"I groaned as he tickled me continuously in order to wake me up.Today is going to be a busy day and i need enough rest or else i will find myself dozing off in between shots just like the last time i dozed off during thee shots between Kiss You.
"No, never. Come on and get up curly.We need to go soon." he scolded as he tugged on my shirt more.I finally gave up, knowing that i had no chance of winning this fight.I groaned and dragged myself out of my bed.I threw on my black skinny jeans and a white shirt.I could see Louis was still in my bed looking at me playfully as i changed.Once i was finished, Louis wasted no time and pulled me out of my room.
"We dont want to be late to visit back the place where all of this started?" he whispered as me leaned in for a kiss.His lips were soft and warm against mine.Thinking of it yea, i do want to re visit the place again.
"Yes,we should."I replied back.We walked out of the house, towards the car where Niall, Liam and Zayn were waiting for us.
"Hey guys, we are done,"We greeted as we got in the car.Liam gave a final nod before starting the car.
"Hey harry, can you pass me the bag of chips beside you?" Niall said as he reached over to get his energy source.
"Nialler, you just ate few minutes ago, you are hungry again?" Zayn chuckled as i passed him the bag of chips.
"Hey! Zayn, that was mean and yes i get hungry real fast.You got any problem with that?" Niall hissed playfully, narrowing his eyes at Zayn.Zayn quickly decided to back off, putting his hands up.He knew Niall better than anyone among the boys.He treats Niall like his own brother.
