2 Sided Love

The Bully

       ~David's POV~

I wake up with my alarm clock buzzing at my side. I grab it and throw it across my room, and sigh knowing today I start my first day of college.

  I get up from my bed to put on some comfortable clothing. (Some shorts and a ramen shirt). I go into the restroom and start brushing my teeth when my dad walks in.

"Daaad Iw'm bwushing my teeth!"

"I know kiddo, but I just wanted to make sure my boy is up and ready for his first day of college."

I wash my mouth out and let out a sigh.

"Dad I wish you would knock on the door first before barging in like this, I'm 20 years old I think I could handle myself."

A over dramatic gloomy expression forms on his face. "Alright, I guess I will just prepare breakfast."

I just think to myself "Jeez, he didn't need to be that dramatic about it."

Walking down the stairs I smell a sweet aroma. "Mmm, dad what are you cooking?"

"You're just on time, pancakes are ready."

I take one more sniff in. "Thanks dad your the best!" I take a bit out of the pancake and look at the time.

I panic, because I realize that I'm going to be late for the bus.

  "Sorry dad, got to go byeeee!" I run to the door grabbing my backpack, and head out.

I just barley made it to the bus stop, it was pretty packed, but I managed to find a seat next to this guy.

He was fairly tall, and his glasses made him look really cute. He catches me looking at him and giggles a little. I blush and look down.

  The whole bus ride I feel him staring at me. When the bus came to a stop I sighed in relief.

I quickly got up and walked off. I took out my phone and pulled up the online campus map, once I found out where my classroom was I walked over there enjoying the view of all of the other classes, when I bumped into this blonde dude.

  "FUCKING FAG, WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING!!"

"I-I'm sorry I-"

     "SHUT THE FUCK UP, FAGGOTS LIKE YOU SHOULD DIE, NO ONE FUCKING LIKES YOU!"

He kicks me in the balls, and I hunch over with the pain. He pushes me to the floor and kicks me in the stomach and the face. He leans over me and smirks at my defenseless body on the floor. He whispers in my ear. "Go kill yourself fag."

He leaves without saying another word. Once I see him a safe distance away I get up and head to the restroom to wash the blood off my nose. I grab a paper towel to dry it off and open the restroom door to see Travis passing by again.

  I wait for him to pass and make a run for it. The classroom was close enough so I wasn't worried. "Why the hell are you so late on the first day?" "I'm sorry professor it won't happen again." "It better not."

   I find my seat and sit. I'm too deep inot thought that I didn't even notice that I was sitting beside the cute boy from the bus. He tapped my shoulder. "Hey, are you alright you seem a little sad?"

  I jolted "N-No I'm fine, really."

    The whole time the professor was teaching I was deep in thought f̶̶a̶̶t̶̶, u̶g̶l̶y̶, d̶i̶s̶g̶u̶s̶t̶i̶n̶g̶, f̶̶a̶g̶, n̶̶o̶ o̶n̶e̶ l̶i̶k̶e̶s̶ y̶o̶u̶, w̶o̶r̶t̶h̶l̶e̶s̶s̶, G̶O̶ D̶I̶E̶!

  Before this day I never really knew how much a few words can hurt.

  The ring of the bell woke me up from my thoughts. After class the cute boy introduced himself to me.

"H-Hi my name is Aaron, and what the hell happened to your face?"

"Oh I accidentally bumped into my door this morning, and I'm David."

"Alright if you say so David, just so you know you could always speak to me if some things happening."

"U-Um I don't mean to ask but-" I start to fidget. "Wanna come over to my house?" He has a blank expression but it soon changes into a wide smile. "Of course I would!" He starts to chuckle.

We both get on the bus and there is only one seat left, he steps aside and allows me to sit down and holds onto the handle above me. This makes me blush profusely and can't stop.

We arrive at my house, before I could even reach for the handle the door swings open and you see my dad with a big smile. "Hey, dad meet my new friend Aaron."

"Well hello Aaron, but WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED TO YOUR FACE MY SON?" His tone is a little bit aggressive.

"Dad don't worry I just fell at school, it's fine." I start to panic hoping he buys the story.

He sighs. "Alright son, if you say so."

I tug on Aaron's shirt and signal him to my room. As we walk in Aaron closes the door. "Hey, David, so the story isn't true right." He starts to get a sad face. "Please David, I know we just met but tell me the real story."

"A-Alright fine. So I accidentally bumped into this guy with blonde hair." And I told him the whole story.

  "You must be talking about Travis, he is the bully at the college. I can talk to him if you want?"

"No that will only make things worst."

"Alright." He says worried
