Chapter 1 + introduction

Nobody's pov 

Everything was going great for the five guys; Dowoon, Wonpil, Younghyun, Sungjin and Jae that is. 

Recently, they exposed some hidden relationships between them. Younghyun and Jae had been seeing each other for about 7 months, Wonpil and Dowoon had been seeing each other for 9 months. Sungjin was single, but he didn't really care: he had his friends with him. 

Everything seemed perfect, right? Everyone was happy, and everything was fine. 

Well it was, until something unexpected happened... 

Wonpil's pov

Me and Dowoon were laying comfortably on the couch cuddling, and watching some kind of movie on the tv. 

Suddenly my phone rang, so i checked who was calling me; it was Jae. 

I quicky excuse myself, and quickly pick up Jae's call. 

"Hello?"  I answer out of curiousity. 

"Uhm, hi Pili. I wanna tell you something important, but over the phone, i dont wanna make it more of a conflict than it already is." 

"Hi Jae, what is it? You know I'm here for you, right?" 

"Yeah, i know.. Uh, Wonpil, It's because i.. I, uhm.."

"Jae, you dont have to tell me if  you dont want too.."

"Ive been diagnosed with depression, Wonpil."

"You been diagnosed with what? J-Jae, please tell me this is a joke, i-" I begin sobbing, as Jae talks. 

"Sadly it isn't a joke, I'm sorry, Pili.."

"H-Have you told Younghyun already?.."

"Yeah, he knows.."

"I'm so sorry, Jae.."

"Hey, you didn't do anything. I'm taking medication anyway, so i hope it helps.."

"I-i hope so too.."

"Well, Ive gotta go now. See you soon, Pili."

"S-see ya.."

*beep beep*

It's like i can't feel my knees, i fall onto the floor, sobbing. Dowoon comes running over to me, and holds me tight. 

"Baby, whats wrong? Did anything bad happen?" Dowoon gently asks, giving my forehead a quick peck. 

"It's J-Jae, he.. He just told me that.. He's been diagnosed with depression." Tears come running down my cheeks; i lost my own mother to depression, i can't loose Jae too..

Dowoon doesn't say anything, instead he hugs me tight, and tells me that everything is gonna turn out okay; but will it?..

Dowoon's pov

Jae has been diagnosed with depression for about 5 months, but he hasn't told Wonpil about it; because at that time, Wonpil lost his mother to depression. He hasn't been doing great since; he's been overworking himself, taking alot of extra shifts at his job. He's always tired when coming home, and he hasn't really shown any emotions either.. Ive been really worried, so i always try to lighten his mood; i miss his smile so much, so damn much. 

"Baby please, look at me." I whisper to him.

He looks up at me, and i can see the pain in his eyes. 

"D-Dowoon, what if i.. Loose Jae too?"

"Baby- please dont think that. Jae is strong, and I'm sure he'll get trough it. We can visit Jae tomorrow and check up on him, alright? But for now, can you please try to get some sleep? I'm worried sick about you, Wonpil." 

"Okay.. I'll try to get some sleep then. But can you.. Stay with me until i fall alseep?..." Wonpil asks, clearly nervous about my answer. 

I take his hands in mine, and make him look up at me. 

"Hey, dont get so nervous about asking me a question. Of course i'll stay with you until you fall alseep, It's not a big deal." 

I lift Wonpil up bridal style, and i carry him to our bedroom. I carefully lay Wonpil down on the bed, and get under the covers next to him. 

"Baby, get some sleep. I'm staying here beside you until you fall alseep, okay?" I say as I wrap my arms around his waist, and pull him closer to me. 

"Okay.. But, Dowoon?"

"Yes, baby?" 

"I love you."

"I love you too, baby." I lean in to kiss him, and as our lips touch, i can feel his lips moving against mine. I somehow smile into the kiss, even though It's a sad time for both of us. 

I pull back, and somehow pull Wonpil even closer to me. I close my eyes, and slowly fall asleep with Wonpil beside me.
