Genevieve "Phoenix" Benali is a 22 year old film student at UCLA. When she gets the opportunity to join the crew of Infinity War, she catches the attention of one of the biggest stars on the planet.
Rather than responding, Phoenix stopped walking which caused Chris to follow suit. She pulled him into a hug and rested her head on his chest. She had felt herself get extra defensive over the past couple of weeks at the mention of her doing anything with the cast, especially in instances where no one else in the crew was invited. She was worried that she was building a bad reputation by constantly ditching the people she actually worked with for the stars of the movie they were working on. Since reputation was everything in Hollywood and she would possibly be working with some of these people again, outside of marvel, she wanted to keep a good relationship with them.
"Where are you eating?" Chris asked while running a hand through her hair.
"Aria."
"Aria? That's where we're eating too." He told her. "Ride with me?"
"Of course."
After Chris finished changing out of his Captain America suit, the couple stayed on set for a few more minutes before heading off to the restaurant.
When they finally arrived, Phoenix wanted to stop to take a picture for her instagram, something Chris was accustomed to at that point. He had accepted the fact that social media was a huge part of Phoenix's life and something she enjoyed to do, even though he didn't quite understand it himself.
Upon entering the restaurant, they found that both the cast and crew were sitting together at a freakishly long table that must've been a pain to put together; and Phoenix couldn't hide the smile on her face at the sight of her coworkers and Chris's costars sharing laughs and conversations. It made her realize the divide between the two was all in her head.

As they stood in the door way of the restaurant that was closed off to the public, Chris noticed two empty seats between Tom and Hemsworth.
"What's up, Hemmy." Chris greeted after the pair walked over.
"Hey mate." He patted the chair next to him, confirming that he was in fact saving the available chairs for Chris and Phoenix. "Hey Darth Phoenix."
"Hi Hemmy." Phoenix greeted as Chris pulled out her seat, pushing it back towards the table as soon as she sat down. "Hi Tom."
"Hi Phoenix." Tom smiled. "Excited to go back to L.A. tomorrow?"
"God, Yes! I've missed so much of my sister's wedding planning by being here so I'm ready to get back and help her out!" Phoenix answered happily. She was so thankful that her sister understood how busy she was and wasn't upset about her lack of physically being there for dress fittings, cake tastings, etc. Julie was the most calm are relaxed bride she had ever been around and that made her feel so much worse for missing so many events.
"Oh that is right." Tom remembered. "Chris is meeting your family at the wedding, right?"
"The rehearsal dinner actually." Phoenix corrected.
"Phoenix!" A voice from across the table called, catching her attention.
"Leslie!" She called back enthusiastically before getting up to hug the girl who was a production assistant on set. She and Phoenix had spent a crazy amount of time together during her first month and a half. However, when the Russo's took her out of her production assistant job to do more observing, she barely had the opportunity to see or talk to Leslie because she was busy running errands.
"And she's off." Tom mumbled to himself as Hemmy and Chris conducted their own personal conversation.
"What were you, Scarlett and Sebastian talking about earlier?" Hemmy asked Chris curiously.
Chris looked over at Phoenix, who was now across the table, talking to and laughing with someone from the crew whose name he didn't remember. "I'm in love with her."

YO! We're in the endgame now guys! There'll probably be 10-12 more chapters and some really big things coming up! I'm so excited to write about Chris and Phoenix's life off set.
