Fire is a god that fell from grace
Burning and smoldering as it releases it pent up rage
Its ash and its smoke pour down like rain
And covers our final resting place
Fire is a god you cannot tame
From match to inferno you can't control its aim
Laughing and giddy you can't stop its games
For to it trees and people they're all the same
Fire is a god that knows no bounds
Scorching all you've ever known to the ground
You cannot hear it coming but you can hear the sound
Cracking and breaking as its destruction crumbles all around
