I'm a big girl broad shoulders and hips. I've been with the Avengers team for a few months now and we all work well together on missions but it's after the missions are over that I stay to myself. After the missions I can't stay. I have to leave for I can't get to close to them or hang out. Hell I've never even been to a Stark party. Just today Nat and Wanda wanted me to hang out but I said no not today. I know they are getting curious as to why I don't stay but I have my reasons and its not like I don't want to know them all especially Bucky with his shoulder length brown hair and gorgeous blue eyes which on occation I see watching me and today was no exception he was paying very close attention to me and it made me very uncomfortable for I'm the big girl and he wouldn't be interested in me.We have really never talked to me before but for a hi or hey now and then in the hallways but boy oh boy do I have a huge crush on him but as I was getting ready to leave as my routine after every mission I ran into him out side my room. "Is everthing ok Bucky?" asking him "Yeah I'm ok I was just wondering if you wanted to hang out tonight with Steve, Sam and I it's movie night" "I'd like too but can't maybe another night" looking a little sad in saying that I walk down the hall. Bucky right behind saying "Where do you go after our missions and why do you never want to hang out  with us?" "I can't Bucky I'm sorry I have to go." I cried all the way to the bar that's a few blocks from the tower. This is my spot this is where I go. I've been coming here since before the Avengers team this is where I was happy a long time ago. "Meg you ok I haven't seen you cry since I give Joe a look to stop him from finishing his sentence. "Yeah just get me my usual please make it a double tonight an keep them coming" I never get too drunk just enough to kill the pain in me. There are more customers than usual tonight a few very drunk guys getting louder till one gets to the bar next to me smelling of Jim Beam wiskey asking Joe "hey barkeep you know why big girls never get laid it's because the man doesn't want to hear their fat slapping together" "Well you know why drunk guys don't get laid it's because while they can keep their liquer down it fucks with their dicks" I reply back to the drunk with that said the drunk gets red faced at the insult I threw at him and is about to swing at me when a metal hand cups his shoulder and squeezes it tightly freezing him in place I turn to see Bucky with a very unpeasent look on his face telling the drunk "Appalogize to the lady now and I'll let you leave with your friends in one piece." "I appalogize for my actions miss" I nod and Bucky lets him go of the drunk. He and his friends leave in a hurry. Bucky sits next me at the bar looking at me "So this is where you come after missions I like it." "You followed me here" I said angerly turning to face him "I can't beleve you did this" tears forming on my eyes "I had to know why and where you went for you not to hang out with any of the others or me." With that word "me" I lost it I told Joe to put my drinks on my tab and two beers for Bucky and I stormed out of the bar leaving Bucky with a sad look on his face getting up to go after me as I reached the door I heard Joe tell Bucky to leave me alone for bit and have the beers. I've known Joe a long time so with him telling Bucky to stay he was going tell him everything. "Look.... Bucky is it? Meg started to come in here with her other team before she was with the Avengers and got very close to them especially the team leader then after a mission she started to come in here by herself I found out later that the misson went very badly all were lost she only survived because the team leader shielded her with his own body. They were to go on their first date after that mission. In my room I laid crying on my bed when I hear a knock on my door I knew it was Bucky so I let him in with tears still on my face he sits next me on my bed "So Joe told you everything the mission going bad and me being the only one to survive." "Yes" he saids "Is that the reason why you wont hang with us or me after missions?" saying in a soothing tone. Looking down "I can't get close to you or them I'm afraid if I do and something again happends I'll just loose my mind so I stay away." lifting my chin up to look into his eyes tells me "I will never let you or our team get hurt by any means do you hear me baby." I nod my head and as he wipes my tears away with his soft thumbs "Why didn't you tell me you liked me?" "I was scared too but I knew you liked me though." "How did you know I've never told anyone." we both spoke at the same time and the same name "Wanda" "I didn't think you liked me due to me being a big girl with my quarter back shoulders and all along with everythng else." "I don't care about any of that to me it's what's in here your heart and how you treat others I see how you look after the team on the missions and all the people that work here in the tower I love who you are." "Y-You love me?" and with the softest of kisses on my lips "yes Meg I love you with all my being." "I love you too Bucky" kissing him back. The rest of the night we talk and cuddle till we both fall asleep laying in eachothers arms.
