(Just going to warn you I don't know a lot about dance competition so if I get something wrong I'm sorry)

Y/n and Blake have been best friends for over 6 years they meet at a dance convention,automatically becoming best friends and started dating 2 mouths ago.

I was at a dance competition,today was the finals for the solo Davison and I don't want to brag but I'm one of the best and I'm not just saying that I've been told by so many people that I was.

I'm going up against 5 other people and one of those people are Blake I don't know how I feel going up against my boyfriend,I want to win but I also really want him to win because the winner is crowned best solo performer in Canada and gets to go to nationals well the top two get to go to nationals but only one will be best solo performer

We use to dance at the same company but I had to move as my mum thought my new company would be better and to be honest it really isn't.Ive been there for almost 1 mouth now and I have no friends all the people there just seemed to cocky and egotistic.

I was waiting back stage for my turn when Blake came up to me he rapped his around me waist and kissed my cheek

"Hey"he said

"Hi"I say back

"When do you go on"he asked

"After this one how about you?"I asked

"I'm the last person So...Three more people"

"Cool"

"Please welcome y/n y/l/n to the stage"

"Oh that's me"I say turning towards that stage

"Good luck"he said giving me a kiss then walking off. I smiled

After performance

I walked of the stage half out of breath I used almost all of my energy for that performance. I walked over to my bag and grabbed out my drink bottle.

"You were amazing out there,your turns were perfect"he said smiling giving me a kiss on the cheek

"Thanks Talabis"i say smiling back

"I mean if u don't win then they are blind"Blake said

"Well they haven't seen you yet"I smiled getting a smile back

Blake and I sat and talked until they called his name

"Good luck Talabis"I say hugging him

I watched from backstage as Blake was doing amazing it would be extremely hard to beat him.

He walked off stage out of breath

"You were extremely good"I say

"Thanks but you were better"

"I wish"I giggled

Not long after Blake came off stage the announcer call all the dancers back on stage.

"In 3rd place for the solo division is Cassie green,2nd place is Blake Talabis"I frowned my eyebrows as I was sure he was going to win.

"And the top solo performer also being crowned Canada's solo king or queen is....."the announcer took a pause before saying the name

"Y/n l/n!!"I eyes winded and my mouth dropped. I smiled widely jumping up and down in excitement. I looked over at Blake,he had a huge proud smile on his face.

After a walked off stage Blake came up behind me lifting me up and spinning me around

"I guess the judges aren't blind"Blake said I giggled at his words

"I was so surprised you didn't win"I say

"You were just better"he said smiling. He pulled me in for another hug. I pulled back from the hug only to be pulled back being kissed by Blake.

We pulled apart,I smiled at him I was so lucky to have a guy like Blake.
