"Mandatory?" Her brows twitched into a frown. She was standing by the faculty room talking to her adviser while other staff stared at her.

"Yes." The lady teacher fixed her glasses. "It is mandatory for every student to join a club. It's been 2 weeks, you should've joined last week." She said.

"But I don't know what to choose yet..." she said.

"Oikawa-san, the school requires every students to become active. At least have fun while you're in high school."

She sighed looking away. So you call mandatory fun? She thought regardless. "Alright. I'll search for something right away." She replied.

The teacher nodded. "I understand since you're new to the policy as a second year student. Here. Choices for some clubs who badly needs members. This may help you lessen your choice if you're having a hard time." She nicely handed over a copy of the clubs she's mentioning about.

"Thank you ma'am for your consideration." She faked a smile, politely accepting the paper and bowed.

"Yes, yes. Go on and choose, there's also a copy of sign up papers if you ever want to join a club." She said in finality. "Now you may go. By monday you should have joined a club."

The girl bowed again. "Then I shall take my leave. Thank you again." She turned around, feeling the eyes that still stared at her until she's out of the office.

Walking into the maze of corridors she was selflessly at a loss again. Hardly looking for her way to find the clubs but unfortunately ending up on the same place. She sighed, taking another looked at the paper. There were indeed some clubs that doesn't seem nice to join in to. Science, modelling, arts, music and the list goes on. The things she has long forgotten to enjoy. "What is fun?" She looked at the list once more.

As she proceeded to the corridor, she noticed a familiar young boy. At least she can't forget his high straight bangs and enthusiastic face but she doesn't know his name. But what caught her attention were the stack of papers piled up in his arms that's even higher than his head. "Need some help?" She asked.

Tsutomu looked ahead, not knowing that it was the same girl the team kept on blabbering about for almost two weeks. His face instantly turned red and tripped back causing for the papers to fly off. "Ah! Coach is gonna kill me!" He exclaimed as he began to pick up the papers one by one.

The girl sat down to help too. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you." She apologized but no tone of being sorry.

The boy shook his head. "No, I... it's my fault. You don't have to help out." He said tripping from his words which he felt more embarrassed about.

She gave him a half smile. "It's okay. I'll help you out in carrying it just to compensate."

Tsutomu looked down. "T-thank you... Oikawa-s-senpai..." he said. Well how wouldn't he know her? Her name's all over the boy's gossip in the campus. Her history was an open book. Her previous high school was in a music school in Tokyo and she was an extremely good mucisian with outstanding grades and beauty. Even pictures of her from previous schools spread out that it was too creepy.

"Just call me Cia. I don't like being called in my last name." She suggested.

Tsutomu stiffen ear almost puffing out smokes from redness. "I'm sorry Cia-senpai!" He bowed.

"It's okay. And you are?"

"T-Tsutomu Goshiki-desu. I-it's a pleasure to meet you." He bowed.

"Nice to meet you too, Tsutomu-chan. Where are you taking this files?" She asked after collecting all of the piles in hand. She handed back half of them to the young man and carried the other half with her.
