Lies

Prologue

I patiently wait for him to be at the center of the stage so to have a clear vision of him. Isa-isa nagsitayuan ang mga kasama niya sa entablado para magpahayag ng kanilang plataporma.

Nong matapos ang kanyang bise. Nagsitayoan ang nanunod ng rally niya. "Palakpakan natin si Governor Raffael Mongrande." pahayag ng emcee ng political rally. Tumayo siya at nagpunta sa eksakto posisyon kung saan nakatutok ang aking barrett M82 sniper. Umaga kaya hindi msyadong nakikita ang laser na nakatutok sa ulo niya.

Sa oras na mabigkas niya ang unang niya salita, I will pull this trigger. I will kill him and this will finally be over. Marami pang-introduksyon ang ginawa sa kanya.

Ito magsasalita na siya kinuha na niya ang microphone para magsalita. I can not explain how feel. My heart beats fast afraid but at the same time full of anger for this man.

"Mahal kung...." I tried to pull the trigger but someone snatch me from behind. And the rifle fell in to the ground.

I use all the energy I have, trying to break free of the person behind. I assume that this person behind me is a guy from the looks of the toned arm wrap my body while holding my hands at my back by his other hand.

"Please don't move or shout if you don't want his bodyguards to notice us. I'm pretty sure you know what will happen to you, if they will know what you are up to." His voice sounds angelic but with authority that his saying it nicely but at the same time putting emphasis on every word he says. All I did was froze at the moment.

The background is loud as the bastard finished his speech and audience clapping their hands while cheering his name. What a bunch of idiots. Their all deceive by his charm and promising words. This town is doom when he seats in the capitol.

Sa galit ko hindi ko na nagawang pumalag sa lalaki sa likod ko. Hindi malaman ang gagawin. I've been planning this day simula nang nagfile siya ng candidacy for governor. His so greed that the fact that he already have massive power over this town his still want to hold the government.

I swear to my mom in her gravestone that I will kill that man and that no more like us will suffer.

Muling nagsalita ang lalaki sa likuran. "Miss, you could have killed your self if I did not stop you." Ang kapal naman ng lalaking ito para maging utang ko pa amg buhay ko sa kanya.
He slowly loosen his grip at my hand as well as his other hand that hugs me from behind. I was about to turn around to face him and thinking of slapping him when we heard a gunshot and everyone in the crowd are shouting. Another gunshot that is so loud that It make my ears hurt and for a while it seems like I cannot hear anything. I saw a blood in my shoulder, I was so terrified. It happens so fast I passed out but before that I saw him held me put me on the ground he quickly get the riffle and shoot someone from behind. I slowly close my eyes and darkness takes over.
