You where at the USJ when someone in class shouted loudly, everybody looked at where they where pointing to see a group called the 'league of villains' standing close by. A fight soon broke out between the teachers and villains with some students getting involved aswell. You heard explosions and yells in the background as you glared at a blonde haired girl, you stood in front of midoriya as the girl stood in front of you.
"What the hell are you guys even doing here?!"
You yelled over the loud sounds around you swinging your arms to gesture to the rest of her group.
"They're here for something different to me. I just came to see my little deku~'
She smiled making her gangs visible.
"He's not yours."
You stated plainly making her smile drop as she glared at you.
"(L/n)..."
deku spoke softly from behind You as he twiddled his fingers nervously.
"You don't need to protect me... It's okay..."
You ignored his worried tone and grumbled.
"Leave him alone, or else."
She grinned again showing her gleaming white teeth.
"What? Was that a threat just heard?"
You furrowed your brows at the insane girl before you.
"Yes it was. Now leave before i make you."
"I'd like to see you try~"
She said in a taunting voice making you growl, you began to use your quirk against her, she fought back fiercely but you kept your defences strong pushing yourself to use more of your quirk to knock her to the ground. She eventually ran back to her beaten up group that decided to flee from the fight. You stopped your quirk and winced at the sharp stabbing pain in your stomach before wrapping your arms around yourself to dull the painful sensation.
"(l-l/n)? Are you okay?!"
Deku called rushing in front of you, you let go of yourself ignoring the pain as you smiled gently at him.
"I'm fine, are you okay? You're not hurt are you?"
"No... Th-thank you for protecting me, I really owe you one!"
"Nah you don't owe me anything, I'm happy to protect you it makes me feel heroic!"
You struck a heroic pose making him laugh gently.
"Now come on we gotta go make sure everyone else is okay."
He nodded once before darting over to todoroki.
A few seconds after he left you clutched your stomach again swaying lightly as you began to feel light-headed.
"Maybe I over did it this time... At least midoriya is okay."
You mumbled to yourself before letting out a harsh cough feeling a warm liquid drip down your lips, you can your fingers over them and looked down seeing that your fingertips where now covered in thin red blood.
"...Shit..."
You let out a pained noise as you held back another cough, the edges of your vision began to darken.
"Stay... Strong..."
You inhaled deeply letting out a shaky breath and rubbing away most of the blood.
"Hey nerd! What's up with yo-"
Your legs buckled beneath you as your vision went completely black.
-third person pov-
Bakugo spotted (y/n) who had been furiously fighting a villain moments earlier and casually walked towards her.
"Hey nerd! What's up with yo-"
You suddenly fell to the floor and bakugo rushed over scanning over your limp form for any visible injuries before scooping you up in his arms, he looked down at your soft face seeing the remnants of blood on your lips.
"Aizawa!"
He carefully ran to his class nudging through people until he made it to the teachers.
"what... Happened?"
"How the hell am I supposed to know! The idiot just fell over!"
"(L/N)?!"
Deku rushed to your side panicking and stuttering out random words.
"Hey dumbass! If you know what happened spit it out!"
" I-i, she was protecting me fr-from a villain! She said she was fine! I-im so sorry, is she okay?! "
"Midoriya calm down and tell me. Was she using her quirk at all?"
"a-alot the villain wouldn't stop so she-she used more."
"Fucking dumbass getting themselves hurt..."
Bakugo scowled at your unconscious form in his arms.
"She just overused her quirk she'll be fine... We'll get her to recovery girl as soon as possible."
Aizawa held out his arms and gave bakugo an expectant glance.
"No. I'll carry her back."
everyone looked at bakugo with confused expressions.
"Is he actually being nice for once?"
Mina whispered to asui as they stared at him.
"He must care for (l/n)."
-later-
Bakugo waited by the side of the bed in recovery girls office, silently hoping you'd be okay. As soon as he heard a small huff as you eyes opened he stood up looming over you with his face inches from yours.
"Huh? Bakugo?"
" You could have gotten yourself killed! What where you thinking going over your threshold like that!? And all to protect some rain nerd! dumbass!!! "
You gave a soft giggle and a small smile.
"Nice to see you too bakugo. Sorry if I worried you. "
He growled.
"I wasn't fucking worried! "
His red eyes looked away from you as his cheeks tinted light pink.
"What a shame, I though I could actually get you to feel feelings for once."
You chuckled as your smile got slightly wider. Bakugo scowled at you as his eyes made contact with yours again, in a split second his lips where pressed against yours, you gasped allowing his tongue to enter your mouth and find yours, your eyes fluttered shut as you kissed back wrapping one arm around his neck and cupping his cheek with your other hand. He grunted and pulled away from you his cheeks now a deep pink in colour as he faced away from you again.
"...You make me feel more feelings than you'll ever understand dumbass... And so what if I was worried it's not like it matters or anything... "
"Thank you for worrying bakugo."
"call me katsuki. and you're gonna be my girlfriend from now on. Got that? "
"Come here you angry stick of dynamite."
You wrapped your arms around his neck as he wrapped his around your waist, you pulled him in for another kiss before he pulled away and stood up straight crossing his arms and acting edgy as usual. He looked away as he cleared his throat.
"I... Fucking... Love you... Dumbass..."
"love you too bakuhoe. "
His head snapped back towards you and you stopped yourself from laughing.
"What did you just call me?!!!!"
