Tall, Tan & Milk Chocolate.

Natasha's Point Of View

Monday, May 24th, 2014

"Well, don't you clean up good." Harvey grinned, standing at my doorstep, his hands tucked away in his pockets, like always. I rolled my eyes, looking at him, "If this is your way of flattery it's not going to get you anywhere." I state, stepping into the hallway, shutting and locking the door behind myself to my flat. I watched as he extended his arm out for me to take, and looked back. I hesitated, "Oh come on. It's just my arm. It doesn't hurt. I promise." He smirked, his eyes still locked on mine. I groan lightly, taking his arm as we start towards the elevator. "How come you asked me to do this and not Donna?" I questioned, glancing at him as we arrived to the elevator doors. "Donna's gorgeous. Don't get me wrong, but she's my assistant. It wouldn't be right." He chuckled. "And I, being a lawyer working under you is better?" "Yes. You're my tall, personal glass of chocolate milk." He smirked, as we stepped onto the elevator. I roll my eyes, elbowing him in the chest as I stand beside him on the way down.

"So, a few facts on my mother. She's a pediatrician. She stays in uptown New York and she's... a bit of a character." Harvey grins, as we make our way into the restaurant. "Of course, she's a doctor..." I murmured as we walked towards the hostess stand to check into. "Reservation for Specter. Table of three." Harvey spoke, looking at the young boy. "Uh... Right this way, Mr. and Mrs. Specter." He spoke, starting for the dining room. "See. Someone already thinks of you as the next Mrs. Specter." He smirked as we followed close behind. "I'd rather throw myself off a building than to ever marry you, Harvey." I comment as we arrived at our table. "Ouch. Now that hurt, Ms. Keith." "As if you care, because if I stand corrected, Harvey Specter doesn't care about anyone but himself." I state taking a seat at the table.

He laughs lightly, taking a seat next to me, "Still can't get over how quick you pick up on things." He spoke, looking over at me. I laughed, glancing down at the menu, as I heard someone clear their throat. "Mother." I watched as Harvey stood up, taking his mother into a hug. I stood up, carefully tugging down my dress. "Mother, this is my girlfriend Natasha Keith. Natasha, this is my mother Dr. Lily Trevelyan Specter." He states, motioning to her. "Pleasure to meet you, Mrs. Specter." "Wow. Harvey. A girlfriend? And she has manners too? Well done, honey." She laughs, taking me into a hug.

"Oh Harvey. You could never do anything like your brother. You should be higher, if not the number one defense attorney in the state of New York." His mother spoke. I watched as he shifted uneasy, tugging gently at his tie. I placed my hand over his, which was, sneakily located on my thigh. I felt a bit bad for him. His mother was calling him out on everything he couldn't do right and comparing him to his brother the entire time. I pursed my lips and spoke, "Mrs. Specter... What's it like to be a children's doctor?" I asked softly, looking at her, taking the tension off of him, watching as his body relaxed. So, I sat there, listening to her drone on and on about her line of work. I definitely see where Harvey got it from and no way in hell did I expect it to be from his mother. "Well if you'll excuse me. I need to head to the ladies room. I'll be right back." His mother spoke, standing, heading off.

"And that is my mother for you." "She's a bit rude if you ask me." I comment, looking at him. He chuckles, grinning. "I did say that she was a bit of a character." "No kidding." I laughed lightly. "Thank you though. Didn't think you cared that much about me." A smirk tugging at his lips. "Oh please. I got tired of hearing her emasculate you in front of me. You don't do that to men. If it was anyone else I still would've stepped in." I comment, looking over at him. He chuckled, tugging at his tie yet again. "Right." He joked, his eyes on mine. I huffed lightly, reaching over and fixing his tie, as he kept his eyes fixated on mine. I pressed it down against his chest, once I finished, glanced up at him and looked away, clearing my throat. Soon enough his mother came waltzing back out and we continued on with the high class dinner.
