Horace likes to dress nice, like vests and button up shirts, he wants to always look presentable. Though there are times when he'll wear t-shirts and shorts just to get a feel for them.

Backstory/➫
Horace doesn't remember his birth name, where he was born, or even his ethnicity. When he was just a year old he was warped back in time by a complete accident, having gotten his quirk young. He was found by an old man who raised the then female child as a boy, not that the child seemed to mind much. Horace took the name he was given by the old man. One day, at the age of eleven, while playing in an old theatre owned by his father he was warped back to the present, where he was quickly snatched up by the government. Horace still legally belongs to the government, but was given to his now mother when he was twelve. He underwent intense training and teaching so he'd be able to go to high school. He got into UA on recommendation.

Horace can bend space and jump through it on will, he can also travel through time, though that ability is much harder, he can use it to predict major events.

He can move easier, can teleport to places he's never been, harder to locate.

Doesn't know when he'll move through time (His staff can relocate and bring him back before he touches down in another time), has a limited number of jumps before he has to take a resting period.

He so cleverly called it Whack-a-Mole, he can make ten portals appear at once and jump through which ever one he wants, it's all about surprise.
Why They Became a Hero/➫
Horace grew up before quirks, before everyone had powers, before there was heroes. He idolized fiction and wanted to be just like the heroes he saw in literature. So when he finally got that chance he was thrilled.
